The owner was ignorant and arrogant though. Someone broke into our unit when we went to have dinner. When we returned the door was unlocked and slightly open. The TV was on and muted (we didn’t turn on the TV at all during our stay) and there was noise inside that someone is searching our bags. We didn’t enter because it was not safe and immediately called the owner, the owner never answer phone calls even in emergency like this. Then he/she texted that it’s impossible that someone is inside …how would he/she know that if wasn’t there?! We called the police, but they told us to wait downstairs for them to arrive. That gave the opportunity for escape se there are multiple exists. We entered the unit with the police and packed our stuff while they waited on us and quickly left the property in the middle of the night without completing our whole stay. In the hallway it smelled like marijuana smoke, there is no pool or direct beach access as described and even the front desk employees complained that the owner false advertising the unit and people complain to them nonstop. The unit itself is ok, however, the place is not secure or safe. it doesn’t have proper secure locks or the owner that cares about others’ safety.

said they had a pool… they did NOT have a pool. for the price we paid for this place we were pretty pissed off there was no pool.. no beach access either

We had no hot water & had to take a cold shower. For the price I paid to stay less than 24 hours, I should've at least been able to take a hot shower

There wasn't much to not like we enjoyed ourselves! The shower could use a full door ours only had one so either way you slid it it was getting the floor wet when washing your body but that's about it.

Below average facility, not worth the rate. Seemed like group home residents were wondering around. Beach was fenced off.

Honestly nothing, I had great expectations about this place.

The installations are old, swimming pool is inoperative, is not an hotel so there is no receptionist BUT the very worst is that at 9 am somebody is knocking at the room to remind you about the 10 AM checkout, and then again at 9:30 and 9:45.

Expansive Beach view north. Kitchen. Very clean. Easy check in. Plenty of parking. Great towels and sheets.

Not a fan of rubber new style mattress. No tub. Shower does have seat. Faces north so no direct sun.

This place doesn' t look like pics at all !! Scary place with people harassing you . People live there ! It stinks like smoke but says you will get a 250 charge if you smoke lol. My children were crying and so scared . Booking said i would get a refund. We never checked in but says we did . What a joke .

the staff were nice

everything except the stuff . and what I didn’t like the most is you have to throw the trash yourself because you already clean up and then you still have to go down just to throw the trash. which is really complicated with all your things and kids .

Staff was extremely nice, even the guest! Room had a Refrigerator with freezer. Really enjoyed staying there! Wish I had taken pictures to show how nice the room really was!

The location is fine the people like neighbors are amazing respectful people and the staff waited to close until I got there to welcome me

The bed was soaking wet so I couldn't even sit on the bed I the ceiling fan was literally leaking water the air conditioner was broken and to top it off I'm still waiting for my refund I left the same night I got there because I couldn't sleep in the wet bed...
