It was very relaxing the hotel had lots to do!!! Lots of games and I loved that. The home was cute, loved the furniture and decor. Vacasa was awesome, we realized the coffee pot was broken our first morning and they delivered a new one, that was amazing because my husband it a big coffee drinker and it’s a good walk to anywhere close for coffee.

Elevators were horrible, cleanliness was lacking everywhere (however people are horrible and it is a BIG hotel) trash chutes were nasty so were hallways and stairs they smelled so bad. Crockpot has no lid, only 4 hangers, other room closet has carpet and things on the floor it needed cleaned up.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. The condo itself was adequate for our needs. The upgraded kitchen was nice.

The carpet was FILTHY. I even got a shard of glass in my foot from the carpet. I did not allow any of my kids to go barefoot or to place any clothes etc. directly on the floor. The dryer dial was broken, so to figure out the settings and get a load of laundry dry took FOREVER. The furniture was stained and dirty looking. The beds could definitely use new mattresses. In general it needs updated.

Love the hotel location and all the omenities. The master bedroom was a nice size and loved the view. I liked the separate bathrooms, and the shower heads worked well. The sofa was very comfortable.

My daughter complained the full bed wasn't comfortable. The tissue holder needed repair in the master bathroom, the closet door was next to the bed on the floor in the other bedrooms, and the curtains in the living room were coming off the track. They could have used a few frying pans in the kitchen and the patio could use a new table. I'm not sure if the Tv had different channels in the family room but we could only watch one. Instaructions for this would be nice.
