המיקום פשוט מעולה, לא שייך יותר טוב מזה.

הדלת בחדר האמבטיה נסגרת בקושי, ללא אפשרות נעילה. הגענו בצהרים ולא היה מים בברזים מחמת שעבדו שם פועלים, לאחר שחזרו המים הם היו מאד מאד מלוכלכים ומזוהמים למשך הרבה זמן. עבדו מחוץ לדלת ופתחו מכסה שמנע גישה נוחה לדירה, היה רעש של שיפוצים וקדיחות במהלך השהות בדירה, הייתי מצפה במצב כזה לקבל החזר כספי מסוים.

The location is great, everything is close to the place. A lot of cafes around the property, better for younger people because of music at night.

La struttura non è in perfette condizioni pareti , montanti porte e letti rovinati

Location is good

Furniture. There is no place to sit. Bathroom is terrible. You can't take shower because of the ceiling. You must be inside of the window in order to take a shower and that is extremely difficult. Also tv didn't work.They said that they have Netflix but they didn't have anything on tv.

Location was close to historic district, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of space and a washer available. Full kitchen facilities and plenty of storage.

Didn’t research well enough, restaurants outside were noisy until late at night. Some of furnishings had more wear than I anticipated but everything was useable.

Központban, jó helyen van. Aki szeret mulatni, itt nem fog unatkozni.

Koszos és elhanyagolt,nem megfelelően karbantartott. Aki szereti a tisztaságot és igényes, ezt a szállást messziről kerülje. A csempék koszosak penészesek, a konnektorok, kapcsolók lógtak a falból. A mosogatógép nem működött az aljában lévő víztől az egész apartman bűzlött. Aki pihenni megy készüljön a 04:00 ig tartó hangos zajra.

Позицията на апартамента за разглеждане на Будапеща е много добра. Цената и качеството са съизмерими. Посрещането и комуникацията с персонала бяха добри. Имаше отделна баня и тоалетна, което е много добре при 4 човека. Има сравнително добре уредена кухня. Паркингът също е добре уреден.

Районът е добър, ако искате нощни атракции. Целият пасаж наситен със заведения, което е плюс, ако сте фенове на нощния живот. Първата нощ почти не можахме да спим. Втората и треата беше малко по-добре. Не е много удачен за семейство с деца. За младежи е супер.

The hotel is quite centrally located. when you arrive by bus from the airport to the city centre it is 5-10 minutes on foot. it was clean and comfortable. kitchen equipment was adequate. we were informed by the hotel for transport and accommodation details. this was very kind.

You have to meet the staff outside at the appointment time to collect the key and you need the internet to see the instructions. They also do not provide storage for suitcases. you have to walk around the city with suitcases until check-in time.

Location centrale ottima per raggiungere sia coi mezzi che a piedi tutte le attrazioni di Budapest, zona sempre piena di gente e locali! Consigliatissimo!!!!

Katasztrófa!

Nem kaptuk meg a szállást, nem vették fel a telefont, nem válaszoltak a email-re sem. A telefonon megígért levél nem érkezett meg a belépési információkka! KATASZTRÓFA! Nem jutottunk hozzá az előre kifzetett szállashoz. Rajtunk kívűl egy olasz család is tanácstalanúl kereste a megoldást, mi előbb feladtuk, nem tudom, hogy mi lett velük! A biztonsági őr elmondása alapjan ez mindennapos. Autóban töltóttük az első éjszakát, a kovetkezző nap sikerült a környéken szuper hotelt találnunk. Senkinek sem ajánlom!!!

The price was good and the location was very central.

Gozsdu Udvar is a party district with loud music that goes until 4 AM every night (even weekdays). It is not a good location for families with young children. The apartment was not very clean or well maintained. Multiple window and door latches were broken, including the toilet door. We found two cockroaches in two nights.

Мръсен и неподдържан апартамент. Увиснали врати, счупени первази, скъсан диван и много други. Намира се над барове и е много шумно, на втората вечер се свиква с шума. Бяхме резервирали паркинг, но закъсняхме заради задръстване на границата. Домакините бяха прекалено настоятелни, защото влизането в паркинга е до 21:00. Написах им, че ще се забавим и ще намерим сами къде да паркираме. Домакинът ни препоръча обществен паркинг, който се оказа най-скъпият в Будапеща, а може би и в Европа 5 евро за час! Не бих препоръчал на мои близки този апартамент. Dirty and unmaintained apartment. Sagging doors, broken skirting boards, torn sofa and much more. It is located above bars and is very noisy, on the second night you get used to the noise. We had booked a parking lot, but we were late because of a traffic jam at the border. The hosts were too insistent because the entrance to the parking lot is until 21:00. I wrote to them that we would slow down and find ourselves a place to park. The host recommended us a public parking, which turned out to be the most expensive in Budapest, and maybe in Europe 5 euros per hour! I would not recommend this apartment to my friends.

die zentrale lage und die dame von booking com die uns die schlüsel gegeben hat. da wir probleme mit den 60 euro bei, verlassen des appartments hatten, wir haten einen parkplatz und so eine variante hatte ich noch nie, da ich das geld nicht so auf den tisch liegen lassen wollte. ein mitarbeiter von ihrem team kam und nahm das geld und bestätigte es mir. hier gleich eine entschuldigung an die dame in budapest die uns begleitet hat, eine frau ISAN

das wir ein schreiben von booking com informationen erst am einen tag nach der abreise bekommen haben. bezüglich der 60 euro und das mit der tiefgarage ohne sensor zum öffnen des garagentores. wir bemühten den dortigen securitie.. war aber nicht immer einfach. bitte auf das datum achten bevor man abreist. nun zum appartment..alle deckenleuchten schmutzig, boden nicht gerade sauber,die äußeren fenster in allen zimmern konnte man nicht schließen, pro fensterpaar mindestens eine scheibe haten risse im glass, geschirrspüler nicht sauber, zu wenig küchenrolle, der duschkopf keine korrekte funktion, austauschen, reinigungsgerät für appartment im kasten .. wo man bekleidung geben soll, und in der toilette der aufwaschkübel mit wischer, eine renovierte whg die man zu schnell und nicht fertig gemacht hat. wegen der kaputten nicht schließenden fenster zu viel lärm von den lokalen..

Čo sa mi nepačilo toho je viac: Kuchyna no učel splní ale vyzerá teda riadne použivano , Gauč je nie že vysedený ale dokonca prepadnutý ako keby na nom nikto skakal alebo čo a niečo sa urvalo o potahu z kože ktorávyzerá otrasne nehovorím bali sme sa na tom sedieť , Postel … matrace vyležané bude vás to sunúť do stredu , A najviac čo sa mi nepačilo ste asi nad 10 barmi plus priamo pod vami je KARAOKE BAR … tak si viete predstaviť do 6 rána 🤌 Takže si pribalte štuple do uší

The location was perfect, big apartment and great price.

It could be more clean, and kitchen accessories (pan, pot) could be in better condition. Under the sofa there was not clean, we had to clean dust ourselves. Bathrooms are not so cozy.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με πολλά καφέ κ εστιατόρια κυριολεκτικά στα πόδια σου. Όλα τα αξιοθέατα σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών. Βέβαια με την ανάλογη ηχορύπανση του κέντρου μιας πόλης

Θα πρέπει να ενισχύσουν τον εξοπλισμό της κουζίνας και λίγη λεπτομέρεια στην καθαριότητα αν και σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητική

Apartamentos muy céntricos con todos los servicios casi en la misma puerta.

Lo que menos nos gusto es que al ser una zona de mucho ambiente y locales nocturnos, había algo de ruido hasta más o menos las dos de la mañana,

Higijena kuhinje i dnevne sobe bas loša, garnitura za sedenje jezivo prljava. Ostalo sve ok. U apartmanu 3 stolice za trepezarijskim stočom, u apartmanu 4 gosta.

Great location! We also checked in and upon arrival a light bulb was out and immediately they fixed it.

Only bad thing was it having thin walls and outside can be heard throughout the night.

I didn’t mind noises but people with light sleep might find the loud music from the street disturbing. Also, internet wasn’t working well, so wouldn’t recommend for people who have to work remotely.

Studio spacieux, propre, facile d'accès et très bien situé. Proche des restaurants et bars, métro et bus. Sans hésiter je reviendrais dans cet appartement

Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais peut-être que le bruit le soir venant des restaurants et bars peut gêner certaines personnes.

A localização, a insonorização, o espaço eram óptimos. A casa é bem equipada e tem tudo o que é necessário.

Estivemos 7 dias e apesar de indicar que a limpeza seria de 5 em 5 dias, ninguém apareceu. A banheira deveria ter uma cortina para a água não sair e não ficar com o chão molhado.
