No Netflix on the TV in the living room. The window in the bathroom wasn’t clean full of debris.

We would have liked more information on accessing the key safe. Although we had the number we found it difficult to open the safe.

Location and the river view is a huge plus. Also property is very cosy, quiet and well maintained

No complaints- one small thing is the kettle didn’t always work, only mentioning this so can be changed. Everything was excellent

Providing a comprehensive welcome package is greatly needed. The lack of information regarding the WiFi password (I had to contact Katrina), how to work the washer, etc spoiled our arrival. Also, although not necessary, a nice welcome basket with perhaps bread, eggs, cake and milk is always appreciated. I had to go and buy a hairdryer as I couldn’t see one and then found one stuffed in a drawer on our last day. For me, the glass floor feature freaked me out and I think a rug to go over it would be a good idea for an easy fix. I also think it is an accident waiting to happen to leave the hatch unlocked giving access to the dangerous steps, just my opinion I also had to purchase a hand whisk and kitchen scissors

For us the WiFi was rubbish and we would have preferred to have good internet but for someone who wants to be off the grid it’s perfect
