The condo itself was extremely clean and was stocked with everything we needed, in addition to some nice extras like games, beach chairs, etc. The owner definitely took the time and care to make sure it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved that we had two balconies with beautiful morning and evening views and easy access to the beach.

The building is older, but the condo itself was perfectly clean and well-maintained. Some of the building shape had to do with recent storms, so that is no one’s fault. They were doing work while we were there, so they are definitely trying to improve the building itself.

The location.

No hot water Yes the hoist left a message in the room saying hot water takes 10 minutes to get to the 7th floor we left the tap running for 4 hours and NO hot water We emailed the hoist but never got a reply The property is old and worn from the outside and looks neglected the windows and doors were covered in dirt Inside it had all you required but it was dated very worn One of the toilets didnt re-fill after flushing- you had to manually reset the flush

The location was clean. Close to the beach. Had beach chairs and umbrella. The apartment was very clean.

Beach front. Great views. Two balconies are a great plus. The host provided lots of little welcome items and well-appointed the unit. There were even a few snacks :). A wonderful amount of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and other unexpected items.

The building is really, really rough. More disclosures on the condition of the property need to be made. The elevator got stuck, and was unable to go to the first floor. We sent a variety a couple of questions to the host with no response before and during our stay. The pool, pool deck, restaurant, and common areas are still under construction from the hurricane (understandable). However, you can't access the beach from the property; you have to walk down the beach ramp. The building has some issues that are deeply concerning for safety concrete cracking on balconies and walkways etc. In our three days at the property, we never saw one staff member maintaining, cleaning the building, etc. On the first day in the unit, we had no hot water or water pressure. Also, the full-sized washer on the listing is excellent; we started a load, then noticed a note on the dryer explaining that the dryer is not a typical dryer and takes hours, and can only dry a few items at a time. The luggage carts in the facility, almost all are broken, flat tires, etc.

bathrooms didn't have vent fans and for the amount we paid getting dollar store snacks seemed...lack luster
