Great location within walking distance to everything including the train station. Location has everything you need. Host provided excellent communication making the entire process from arrival to departure easy.

Overall, we enjoyed our apartment, and I have no significant complaints. It's a cute little place.
When we were in town, it was very hot and humid. A fan was supplied in the bedroom but overall it was hard to get air circulating from the outside at night. It wasn't clear how the shower would work, so we resorted to the bath. I had difficulty getting wifi access—but I had good cell connectivity and used that.
If I were to visit Quebec City again, I think I would do it during a cooler time of year. It's a great place but it was hot and crowded because we were there at peak season.

Great property just a few minutes from all the sights. Owner provided a parking pass and was very responsive. A little tricky to navigate the first time there due to pedestrian street road closures and multiple parking decks in the same area…but figured it out after the first day. Would definitely stay again!

I have lived in buildings that old ( the building was build at 1810) and although it definitely has its own charm and character, there is also some disadvantages. For me it was the old building smell. But location is great, kitchen is well equipped, host is quiet to answer any questions!

The apartment was very centrally located. It provided easy access to tourist sites, restaurants, and stores for shopping. Although it was cozy, it definitely is not appropriate for more than 2 adults. The bathroom is tiny and the decor could use an update.

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Quebec City from this perfectly located property. It’s right off Rue St. Jean with all the shops and restaurants, but very quiet. Easy to walk to all the sights in Upper and Lower Town. Parking garage is just up the street and owner provided a parking pass which covered the cost. Safe, comfortable, clean, and location is what I’m always looking for, and this property met all those criteria. Hope to make a return trip.

We loved staying in this cozy apartment during our visit to Quebec City. It is located very close to all of the attractions and since we did so much walking it was wonderful to be able to just circle back to the apartment to rest and recharge. The apartment had all of the things that we needed for our stay. It was very charming! The wifi did not seem to work in the bedroom but that was a minor issue.
We did have a small problem with construction noise however Fabrice helped to resolve this, and was responsive to our questions.

Perfect location! Close to restaurants and shopping! Our host was responsive. Apartment was just as depicted. Only negative was the washer and dryer were located in a basement with a bad odor. Luckily, washing clothes was not necessary during our stay.

The circa 1810 building is right in the heart of old Quebec City, close to the Notre-Dame Basilica-Cathedral, the city hall, the Frontenac, many nice restaurants etc. The location cannot be beat if you want to see old Quebec City. The apartment is at the top of a flight of stairs. It was spotlessly clean when we were there. There was plenty of room for us, and it had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. There was free parking in an underground garage about 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment has several windows that bring in plenty of light. There is a little grocery store that makes custom sandwiches and a very nice cafe almost across the street. But, it was very quiet. Overall, great. We would stay here again!

Owner told me he prefered to communicate through VRBO website instead of text, which I preferred. Complicated checking with lock box, eneterign apartment getting parking pass all while illelagally parked on one way street.
The apartment was advertised with a washer/dryer, they were COIN-operated
. "Unlimited WiFi" was not true worked only in the family room. "Dish Soap" provided, there was one ounce in bottle and no replacement.
Contacted owner via VRBO first night because light in bedroom did not work and we couldn't figure out to open futon. Never got a response back

As everyone says the location of the property could not be better! We had a little difficulty with the "lock box" but once we figured it out all was well. The apartment was perfect...well appointed. Just an FYI - although it is only a short walk from the train station it is all uphill so if you are "of an age" OR if you have a lot of luggage you might want to consider a taxi...going downhill was no problem! We had a wonderful time.....

Cozy, clean and central. We could walk to all the attractions. Many restaurants, cafes and pubs close by. We also bought groceries at the supermarket and cooked at home. Communication was good, and the checkin and checkout process was easy. The VIA train station was a 10 min walk away. The apartment is on the first floor so you have to be comfortable carrying you suitcase up a flight of stairs.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a trip to Quebec City and this apartment suited us wonderfully. Situated in the heart of the town in an historic building, easy walking distance to attractions and good restaurants. Lots of amenities and communications with Fabrice were very easy. A truly memorable stay.

The street, though, is quiet and we had no issue at all with noise. The accommodations themselves were fine, clean and complete with everything needed for successful meal creation. All in all, a decent value in a wonderful city.

We had a great 4 night stay here while visiting for the FEQ. Apartment was perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed and the location is superb. The weather was super hot during our stay but the ceiling fans helped and we had no trouble sleeping.

This apartment is perfectly located to explore everything in Old Quebec, and is within reasonable walking distance of other areas of interest, such as St Jean Baptiste. It is in Rue Coutillard, a small, pretty side street. A nice dépanneur is just across the street to supply nearly anything you would need. The apartment is compact, but is quiet, sunny, attractive and well equipped. Laundry facilities are in the basement if the building and work well. An excellent choice, and Fabrice is a great host.

The property was exactly as advertised -- sparkling clean, cosy, well-furnished, and in a perfect location: steps away everything, yet quiet and secluded. If spring had arrived earlier, we could have taken advantage of the patio. We had a lovely stay and will be sure to return.

Many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the couple of games in the apartment. We did not use the laundry facilities but they were available in the basement of the building. The building was very quiet (during our late March trip). Checking in and out was easy, we never had to contact the host, but their contact information was available. We had a great visit!
