We loved this apartment and its quirky old world charm. Every window has an interesting view. Beds are very comfortable and it has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Venice. Once you make your way up the four flights of stairs you get the reward of a wonderful place.

Let me start by saying that Tracy, the young woman who met us at the water taxi and escorted us to the property, was lovely, helpful, responsive, and very friendly. What we liked about the apartment: it was clean and quiet, it was in a good location, and the check-in process was seamless. We did not like the fact that the apartment was at the top of three very steep, poorly lit, long staircases. Only the most athletic of people should stay in this apartment! Secondly, there is a water pump located in the ceiling over the master bed that goes on and off over and over and over for about 30 minutes every time the guest bathroom toilet is flushed - extremely annoying when trying to sleep! It also goes off every time any water is run anywhere in the apartment for even the shortest time and it's noisy. The beds were not comfortable; the master bed could really use a new mattress. Lastly, the light switches throughout are non-sensical (and the entryway light flash-bangs you every time you walk by) and we learned the hard way that one of the wall switches in one of the bedrooms turns on and off the router - even though it's not labeled! We were without internet for a long time before figuring that out, which was frustrating and could've easily been avoided by a simple label. For all those reasons, we would not stay in this apartment again.

Our family of five spent a week at the apartment which we found in great condition with a very friendly welcome and good documentation. The location is unbeatable with everything you want to do at your finger tips. We would come again...and again!

Very nice apartment. We (two adults and two teens) spent the week in summer 2023. Very close to everything but isolated just enough from the main tourist noises and paths in the same time. Lots of stairs to climb inside the building to get to the apartment. Rooms and beds are very good. 3 bathrooms are small but functional and so is the kitchen that has everything that is needed. Very old fashioned decoration that transports you to old times. Gondolas passing by is a plus that provides additional charm. The organization around renting was very professional. We strongly recommend.

We loved the location and the classic Venetian views from all windows. Easily accommodated our party of 5. Would return!

Apartment was as advertised. Plenty of space. Located in the city center. Close to everything including water taxis. Very comfortable beds. 100% recommend this property.
