We had a great time relaxing and fishing in the river. The cabin was nice and clean.

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway, and our stay at this cabin provided just that! We have been going to North Georgia and like to stay on the Toccoa River. We have rented other cabins that are nice but were close to a busy street so we heard a lot of car noise when trying to relax by the river. Troutmendous is nestled far from the busy road, so it is very peaceful. The cabin was very clean and well stocked and was very spacious. The trout were very active so it is a great fishing spot. The screened in porch is perfect! We will be back!

We had a great time in this cabin! The cabin was very clean and comfortable, the view of the river was so relaxing and we loved the big green egg. Wi-FI was very good, which I appreciated and they seemed to be very thoughtful about things that were stocked and provided (kitchen utensils, hair dryer, etc).

The property it self was amazing as well as for the communication with the owner. Only issue we had was that even connected to wifi we couldn’t call 911 once my child was sick due to no service but it’s not really anything the property owner can do about that. Overall though stay was fun and comfortable and definitely worth the drive.

The cabin was decorated beautifully. It was clean & well supplied. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with the river view. It was so quiet and peaceful at this cabin.

The house and location were beautiful. The river and fire pit were our favorite things. The house is 30 minutes either way to a town, on windy mountain roads. Unfortunately for us, towards the end of our stay lady bugs arrived in the house and became an issue - falling on the floor, table, in the bed. The host offered for us to leave so they could spray but we only had one day left and that day was planned to stay at the house, plus we wouldn't want to return to chemical sprays. The host said they can't control when the bugs come, which we agree with . . . however, we as guests can't control when they arrive either. The only thing disappointing was not being able to get a refund for the one day we had to leave early. We did not feel like we received proper understanding of the situation. Also you can't turn on the fireplace when you want. Sign says it is controlled by the thermostat and will come on intermittently. It never came on and there was a pilot light. House was great but we were disappointed in the customer service.

The setting was awesome! The cabin was well maintained and very clean. I would not hesitate to rent it again.

We had an amazing and relaxing week. The cabin was incredible with everything we needed. Between listening to the creek and making fires in the fire pit it was perfect. We even got to see a little snow and deer in the yard. We will definitely be booking here again.

Karen’s property is in a perfect location. Morning walks in the neighborhood, short drive to local restaurants and golf courses. Our family plays golf, so that was a must along with a jacuzzi for afterwards! It was beautiful weather and an enjoyable time for us all. Karen was reachable by text and very responsive for any questions we had.

We had a great time at this cabin. The guys caught some fish & the girls hung out next to the fire pit! Everyone had a great time! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

We live fairly close to this property, but are living in an RV while building our home. My daughter and grandbabies came in for Christmas so we booked this cabin as a meeting place. We made some wonderful memories here. The location and access to the river were amazing. Such a beautiful place! This is probably one of the cleanest rentals I have seen. We are coming back in March to do some fishing with our grandkids on their Spring Break. So glad we found this jewel!

The property was the cleanest I’ve ever seen for a VRBO. It was tucked away and very quiet. You could definitely disconnect from the rest of the world there.

We were very impressed with everything about the property and stay. It seemed like our every need had been anticipated. The internet access was good which was important for work and play.

A group of friends needed to get away for some respite and fun, that we were able to do in this beautiful cabin!

This was the perfect fall experience for fishing, views, and family time. The cabin was even better in person. Sitting on the porch in the early morning with coffee while looking at the view really topped off this property. We hope to stay again soon.

We had a very nice time. Ours was a girls trip that did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and has the best time.

My parents lost their minds when we pulled up the property and they saw the Toccoa River (with Trout) running right behind the house. The house was just right. There are two bedrooms on the main level and a master bedroom on the second floor. The wraparound patio (most of it screened) was really nice. There were plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to prepare food. There is a Walmart in Blairsville, about 25-30 minutes away. There are plenty of condiments, seasonings, and basics, so check the cabinets and refrigerator before shopping. There are games, puzzles, and even a corn hole setup. No bears, snakes, Sasquatches were spotted.

Terrific property with all the amenities right on the Toccoa River. The cabin was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very peaceful.....this property is highly recommended. We would definitely stay there again!
