This property is absolutely gorgeous! The basement apartment does not feel like a basement at all with its large windows and picturesque views. This is a recently finished basement, so all the furnishings are updated and super clean. The Stanitzeks thought of everything! We chose to take advantage of the Happy Hour option which included local wine and beer and a charcuterie board. It was both delicious and beautiful and was waiting for us when we arrived, perfect for New Year’s Eve. The rental was also furnished with handmade soaps (from the owner’s soap company) and other local treats such as jam and chocolate. We were both relaxed and entertained during our stay. We watched a bowl game on the large tv, played pool, and took a dip in the hot tub. Even though the family lives upstairs, the living space was very private and comfortable. The Stanitzeks’ home is close to Easley and Greenville. We enjoyed meals in both cities during our stay. Toya provides numerous recommendations for dining, outdoor adventures, date bights, family fun, and more in her welcome book. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
