We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is clean, quiet area and easy walk to the beach. Loved the pool and low key atmosphere which provided the needed rest and relaxation we were looking for. Thank you for very much!

We had zero issues checking in. The condo was very clean and accomodating! The pool is very clean, and the location is unbeatable. This is my second time staying in one of Michelle's properties, but our third time staying at this specific condominium location. Both years, I've contacted Michelle and received a very timely response, resolving whatever concerns we had! Our family vacation was wonderful, and am so thankful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo.

We rented this property due to a friend's daughter's graduation. It was the perfect beach vacation. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, watch the sunrise and even saw a rocket launch from the patio. We will definitely stay here again if we are staying in the area.

The area was beautiful and well kept but we did not get to stay. The listing does not state that you can't have motorcycles in the parking spots (or trailers or pets). We booked to stay for bike week and had our motorcycles and there is no where close to park the bikes that is not on the property so we were denied a refund and had to find somewhere else to stay. The listing needs updated to have the parking restrictions in the policies section please! To save others the trouble of not getting a refund in the future and not being able to have their bikes parked at the property.

I live a few blocks away and needed extra room for my sister and step daughter, since more family was staying at my house. The apartment had only 1 bathroom and no washer/dryer, but was perfect for extra rooms for visitors, and the price was very reasonable. The apartment has been updated recently and is lovely with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony.

This unit is clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is gorgeous and never crowded. The view from the patio takes your breath away. I can't imagine anyone wanting to stay elsewhere!!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It is beautiful on the inside and very well appointed with all that you need. The outdoor pool is heated. Parking spaces are limited but you can always park in front of the garage assigned to the unit so if you have just one car it’s not an issue. The outside areas of the building could use some TLC but really and truly it wasn’t an issue and my kids were super sad when we had to leave. And check in was a breeze and contactless.

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. The kids loved the beach and pool area. The condo had everything you need for fun at the beach, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and clean. I rarely have to contact the host on VRBO, but I did during this stay. She was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was perfect, the private beach was amazing. We never seen but a couple people the whole time we were there, same with the pool. Only downfall was our kids weren’t stoked about the gritty sand but overall the condo was fully equipped & very nice

Checkout says 11am. At 10:30am there’s knock on the door telling us we have to leave and that checkout was at 10am, I was not messaged that it was 10am and it says it’s 11am on the Vrbo app. So we hurried and left. As we were packing stuff in the car, the same lady comes out giving me an attitude and asks me who booked the reservation, I say I did and she says did you use all the beds? The maximum number of guests is 4 so I said yes we did and she gives me a disgusted look and walks away.. besides that everything was great, very clean.

This the condo that we stayed in was remodeled and very clean and beautiful spacious with an ocean view I highly recommend families coming to stay. the beach access is right across the street.

The property was extremely clean and the decor was absolutely gorgeous! The location is perfect and the beach was never crowded. I'm a bit technologically challenged and did have some trouble with the operation of the TV however the host was quick to respond to my questions. Stay here. You will love it!!

The location of this property was perfect! If you’re into clean beaches without crowds 10/10 recommend. Michelle was super responsive to any questions that we had. We will be back next year!

Great place for family fun
The apartment is great. Just a few steps from the beach. The decoration and furnitures are in great shape.
Everything was very organized and clean. Also with the lights you can see everything. We love it!

Directly across the street from beautiful private beach. The condo was tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean lots of thoughtfully extras,only downside was the pool was being maintained and the work wasn't completed as owner had hoped but she had no control over this hopefully when we return it will be up and running as we do plan on a return trip

You want to stay here
this property is awesome. its a few steps from the beach, watch the sun rise from the balcony. leave the door open a little and listen to the wind in the trees and the surf. if you have little kids you will love it here. there's nobody on the beach, the traffic isn't bad or noisy. you're far enough from daytona but close if you want to go in. there's a grocery store down the road a bit. we will definitely be making this an annual trip and hopefully a much longer trip than a weekend. also michelle was super fast getting back to me and was super accommodating. thanks for hooking us up with the pack n play michelle!

Exceptional
We were very impressed with our stay. Location was perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The place was clean, freshly decorated, and recently remodeled. Neighbors in the complex were friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc. All was perfect, except that the pool was closed for maintenance, however our host was unaware of it, and offered us a partial credit, which was very professional. We definitely will return to this property.

Great property and easy communication
Came into town for a music event and this was the perfect place to rest after a long day. The place had a great view and the location was perfect. Communication with owner was also great. Highly recommend!
