I loved it was relaxing sitting on porch drinking coffee

Short vaca but was well worth. First time at Surfside and the house was beautiful

The house was neat and tidy. The photos did not do justice to the lovely outdoor areas. The owners provided much more than expected- beach toys, chairs, snacks, etc. The neighboring homes were clean and peaceful. The beach was 2 blocks away. It probably would have been an easy walk, but we used our side by side. The entire transaction was simple and smooth. We had a great trip.

Loved this house, we will book it again! The only advice on something would be the couch and chairs in the living room are not very comfortable.

Renting was easy my only concern was every time I tried to use the oven it set off the smoke detector which set off all detectors which constantly happened therefore I wasn’t able to bake anything

Great location and neighborhood, quiet and close to the beach. Beds were super comfy. Could have been a little cleaner-furniture needs shampooed/replaced in the living room as it is stained and smells bad. There were large balls of pet hair on the floor, some left over streamers hanging on the curtain rod, chairs at the island counter had something spilled in them, the dishes we used all had to be re-washed as they still had food dried on them. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels, laundry room with complimentary detergent was nice. Wide variety if dishes available. Propane grill was nice, Blackstone available but it was extremely dirty. Nice view, able to watch the ships come in and out from the deck, over all it was a nice place to stay.

The house was clean with the exception of filthy shower curtains. There were a couple of minor items needing maintenance. There’s no cable, only streaming services. We couldn’t watch a movie because of poor internet, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 4. It would constantly be buffering or you couldn’t connect at all. We over came this by putting in a DVD for the kids. I would rent this house again. It’s in a great location.

We had a lovely time! The beach house was nice and clean! The weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of it. Would definitely book again!

It has Everything you need- cookware, grill, dishes, utensils, washer and dryer with complementary detergent. It has dishes for the baby, a nice high chair, play pen which was awesome! The cabana is cool and the outdoor furniture is so beautiful, as well as the inside. My only issue is the beds although they were comfortable, they were too small- not queen as expected but full size. A king sized bed or queen at the very least in the master would have made it 100% perfect. Aside from the small beds- it truly is a gorgeous property and home. I would recommend to friends and family to stay if bed size isn’t an issue for you.

Everything you need is in the house even fans! The house is so beautiful and theres a shower to wash off the sand outside. I enjoyed it and will reserve again! :)

This place was perfect for us, our 3 kids, and dog. SUPER accommodating.

We loved having the fire pit, but he outside shower, great streaming channels for the kids. The house was well stocked with beach towels, toys and much more

Vacasa was great and the house was well supplied with anything you would need during your stay. Lots of extra towels, bedding, baby equipment, fans, etc…. probably the best equipped house I’ve ever rented.

Great stay for us all week! Had an issue with grill was quickly resolved! They brought us a charcoal grill (granted, I had to put it together). Fire pit is awesome and so relaxing. Location is great for off the beaten path. You can also see the big tanker ships coming in and out of channel port! Beach is close! House was clean, and AC was nice and cold. Wifi was a tad slow and erratic, but the entire stay was overall very nice!

Let's talk about the cons first as there are not many of those. The house "moves" when people are walking around and especially using the stairs inside and out. For my family of 5, this was not a big deal, but I could see where if there were a couple of families with active kids, it might be an inconvenience. I have 2 vertically gifted guys in my family (6'2" and 6'4"). They both needed to duck when going to the upstairs and when using the showers. Again, NOT a deal breaker for our group and we are used to it. Living Area: The couch was extremely uncomfortable. There was not enough seating for our family of 5 without squeezing 3 people on the couch. We used one of the dining room chairs with a pillow. The chairs were dirty, which they offered to come clean, but we did not want it to disrupt our stay so we declined. There are not a lot of dining options in the area and Friday/Saturday night were swamped at the restaurants. NOW on the the pros! This house had AMAZING views! My husband and son are boat people and loved being able to watch all of the tugs boats and freighters come in/out of the channel. The sunsets were beautiful setting behind the freighters. The area was great for taking walks and safe as the Police/EMS is just down the street. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach and 1 block walk to the small park. The park has a splash pad for kids and trails to walk. Also close for fishing on the pier. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies (paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, toiletries, etc.). Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding/pillows. The property manager came by to take the garbage bin to the road so we didn't have to think about it. Lots of seating available outside on the deck, which we took full advantage of. They also had a bin of sand toys on the deck for younger children. Last, but certainly not least, the covered fire pit!! I cannot tell you how much quality time was spent around the fire pit. It had lots of seating and great memories were made! We would absolutely return to this house again in the future.

This location is a walk away from the inlet, beach, and entertainment. You can see ships traversing the inlet from the balconies. A semi private beach is just down the street. There is a restaurant across the street and a covered fire pit for entertainment. This place has it all.
