The property was really nice and clean. Having close access to the boat ramp was very handy but the only downside to the property was its not waterfront accessible. We were hoping to be able to fish from the property, but it is like the edge of a cliff down to the water. Besides that, it was clean and a very nice area. Unfortunately, the condo/duplex neighbors were very loud and was hard to sleep with them up so late and noisy.

Overall we had a great time minus the storm that passed through and we lost power for a couple of hours. A short walk to the pool was very nice. Only negative was the hot tub needs some TLC but still usable. May want to rename the accounts on smart TV as the names I found funny but others may not. Would stay here again.

We recently stayed at this property due to being in Somerset for a family funeral. Although we didn't get to spend as much time at the house as we would have liked, it was a great property. We loved being able to have coffee in the mornings on the screened porch with a view of the lake and an adult beverage in the evenings! There were a couple of minor issues with the house but I notified the owner after our stay and she was very responsive to my suggestions! I hope to stay here again!

According to previous reviews we expected a spotless home to spend our week, however, some small but important details could have made our experience 5 stars: floors and furniture could have been completely mopped and dusted ( under furniture and tvs on dressers were dusty, sliding doors needed some wd40 to work without pulling a muscle to open and close and the panel of the door was pretty gross, and along with gross, trash can was totally filthy… we could not bear to look in it as we were quickly trying to put the trash bag in without looking… YUCK! The plastic on the mattresses downstairs caused discomfort and perspiration and didn’t seem necessary as we were all adults except for baby who slept in a crib. On the positive side the master bed upstairs was VERY comfortable. We were also pleased and impressed with what was supplied: dish, dishwasher and laundry detergents, hand soap, cleaning supplies, and trash bags were all available 😊

The house was great! Out of town but still close enough to be able to do several different activities! Loved our stay there!

Everything we needed was provided so very happy with the acommodations but just takes too long to get to civilization and to the open part of the lake. We had difficulty finding where to take the trash.

Was a great spot right next to the river/lake. Nice outdoor screened patio to chill on and was perfect while it rained. Hot tub was great. Plenty of space, clean, and comfortable. I must add it was a bit hard to find in the dark, but easy access once we were there. The host was great and very responsive. One thing we might suggest is having some soaps/shampoos available for the guests in the showers. Other than it was a lovely place and we would absolutely recommend.

We stayed for a long weekend and, the home was perfect! We enjoyed the views of the lake, the beautiful home and the hot tub! It was a relaxing getaway and we will be back! I must say, Tracy was amazing with communication, and that meant so much! Thanks again!

This place is very nice and clean. They have a hot tub, grill, and screened in porch. Tracy always responded in a timely manner and provided us with everything that we needed during our stay. If I were to ever come back to Lake Cumberland this would be the place I would pick!

My sisters and I had a wonderful time this weekend on our trip to Burnside. The accommodations were great and we had everything we needed. We slept well in the comfy beds and enjoyed all the room in the main area playing games and watching movies. The neighborhood was very secure and the grounds were well kept. The unit is located across from the pool, which I enjoyed using while staying. If you are boating, the unit is right by a very nice boat dock. The unit is extremely easy to find and has great parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the location next to the water. Home was well supplied. Could have used some rugs next to the showers so we were less likely to slip on the wet floor.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We spent most of our time out on the patio on the top floor. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. The beds were super comfortable! We will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed this home and highly recommend it! The beds are very comfy, with quality mattresses and cozy quilts. The appliances are all squeaky clean and fully functional. The kitchen is well-stocked with a great selection of pots and pans, dishes and silverware, and even some basic paper products. The washer and dryer are good quality and do what they are meant to do — clean and dry. (Seriously, many rentals offer dud appliances, but this one is not one of those!) The hot tub, also super clean, maintains its temperature and is a welcome relief after hours of hiking. The location simply can’t be beat. Seated in a gated community, right on the river, it offers some great misty morning views. It is remote enough to get away from the rat race for a bit, but it is close enough to the very best natural attractions to make it convenient. The Scenic Arch and Cumberland Falls are definitely worth visiting! And, if you’re a shooting enthusiast, Keno Shooting Range is just up the road and worth the time. If you’re coming from the North, grab some groceries at the Walmart in Somerset and plan to settle in for a relaxing stay. You won’t want to leave! And one last thing… when I asked my family for input on this review, our teenager was most impressed by the WiFi. It is apparently superb. (I wouldn’t know because I was in the hot tub, relaxing and enjoying being UNplugged. But, if you’re traveling with teens, just know that this home comes highly recommended for its connectivity to the rest of the world you probably want to leave behind!) :)

My husband and I along with a few friends loved this little getaway. It was is perfect for a Fall or even a Summer getaway (close to a boat ramp) Will most likely be returning.

The home was lovey! Clean and comfortable! My Husband and I wanted a place to go to get away and rest and relax and this was perfect. It would also work great for someone with a boat, as the boat ramp is right behind the house.. Owner was quick to respond when we had questions. I would suggest bringing groceries with you as the closet town is a bit away.
