We had a great stay. Loved the screened in porch. Quiet and relaxing.

We had a short stay here to attend a concert at township auditorium and this was the perfect place with a great atmosphere.

Disappointed! I reserved this for my mature parents. Unfortunately, they found the guesthouse to smell moldy. The owner did say it was in process of renovating but this smell was a health hazard for my mother with COPD. The fact that the dock was being repaired was mentioned, but the property was so overgrown that they could not see lake even if dock had been there. My parents felt that the owner may have rushed renting this rental.

I've never booked a VRBO myself before ans knew that this would need to be a good experience because I was essentially looking for a one month rental while I recovered from surgery. I connected with Danielle right away and felt reassured and safe! The property is central to shopping, restaurants, and even the hospital where I was having surgery. The VRBO was tidy and well stocked with everything I needed for a get away or in my case a extended stay. The furniture was comfortable and in great condition, the views off the back deck were incredibly relaxing, and the size of the space (not to mention that big shower) were definitely memorable! For someone having surgery, the added bonus of a remote controlled bed really added points! Danielle and Mansa were courteous and respectful since we shared the property and were quick to answer messages! I'm already planning to go back, but this time for a true vacation!!! Thank you!!!!

Beautiful, quiet & relaxing experience. Everything was clean, organized and well furnished. Such a relaxing atmosphere and enjoyed watching the wildlife on the lake. We highly recommend this beautiful secluded house. Would definitely come back for a relaxing, stress free stay.

This was a great home base for three days in Columbia. We loved the national park, the zoo, and the state history museum. The house was just what we needed. The hosts were great and communication was excellent.

Location to downtown Columbia is excellent, lots of nearby stores. Loved the screened in back porch. Kitchen could use an upgrade. Walk way to front door is in need of leveling but not impassable. Very quiet and laid back place to safe.

Such a cozy lake house. Everything was very nice and as described. We loved sitting in the screened in porch enjoying the calm lake and quite surroundings. The beds were sooo comfy!! Our hosts were wonderful would stay there again if available when visiting family.

Loved the view from the screened porch. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Very easy to get into the house. Very private. Highly recommend!!! We had a hard time working the thermostat. Really needs replaced. The bathroom door was not secure at the bottom so the guest in the front room could see into the bathroom. We secured it by putting a suitcase in front of it.

Great for a quick 2 night stay. good location central to most things. The property could use some upgrades but overall was very happy and would easily consider staying again. Appreciate the labeling on the switches as there were so many it would have been impossible to understand without the labels

The Hosts were very accommodating and respectful. The house is very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The Huge rainfall shower was wonderful. Gate 4 access to Fort Jackson is less then 4 miles away. Very simple to get to the field for both ceremonies. We enjoyed our stay and we are confident you will also.

House is spacious and clean. Limited parking but not an issue. Kitchen is adequate equipped for simple meals. Loved that there was a few complimentary bottled waters. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Only downside was the sliding door for the bathroom. It doesn't close shut all the way, used a suitcase to push it against the wall. And exhaust fan and heater in the bathroom would also be nice.

Located closely to many restaurants and town! The screened in deck overlooking the lake was great!

Went on a short trip to visit some friends and this was a perfect scenic getaway in the middle of town!

A nice quick getaway for my husband and me. The property was nice and quiet because it was located off the main road. The newly renovated bathroom was beautiful and entire house was clean. I would recommend this property for a couples getaway.

Nice quiet roomy place.

My husband and our 11 month old daughter stayed at this lovely lake front property, we absolutely loved our stay! Where to start, Danielle went above and beyond from the get go! She was so helpful in every way, with it being our first time in Columbia she made she we felt at home, from helping us figure out the distance from our friends house to the property, making sure we had access to the information on the website, allowing our friend and her 1 month old to visit for a few hours, coming by and meeting us with her family. We immediately felt like we knew her and her family for years! The property was stunning, with quite lake front views and geese all around the lake, my husband even caught a bass! We found the property very easily with GPS. The beds were so comfortable, they both raised up by your head and felt like clouds we slept sooooo good! And the sheets and comforters were so soft and smelt just like fresh clean laundry. Danielle also had cold water bottles in the fridge which totally hit the spot with a long day of traveling. And hot coffee for us in the morning. Now let’s talk about this shower! Our daughter loved it! It’s so so soooo big and amazingly beautiful, they did a fantastic job with the build out of that thing. I didn’t want to get out, haha. Our daughter loved crawling all around the house, her first time on hard wood floors and we felt very safe letting her do so, with constant vision of course. I cannot speak enough about this property and the owners, I cannot wait to return. Thank you so much Danielle and Mansa! You were wonderful hosts!
