This was a beautiful house and suited for our two families. The house is well stocked with everything and the views fantastic. Our little grandson just loved exploring the area. The house is very nicely decorated and modern, yet homey. It is about 5 miles from Grand Lake so easy to come and go.

The house was everything we were expecting and more. It was fully equipped and we were able to cook daily. The accommodations were well appointed and comfortable. The hot tub was a hit with the family. The owners were readily available with prompt responses. My only issue was that I did not read close enough - is that it’s an additional $50/ per day person over 6.occupants - and that includes small children.

We loved our stay! Our kids loved all of the games that you had to offer and we were super close to the lake! Beautiful place to stay!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house has a great layout for entertaining. However, there are 2 things I would have loved to know prior to booking as they would have definitely changed my booking choice. First, the extra guest fee which was a surprise to me as I had not encountered this in my prior experiences. There is an additional fee of $50 per guest per day! This hidden fee increased my stay by $1000. As a previous guest mentioned, it seems unreasonable to pay this much more when you are still well under capacity. The second item is that the security cameras installed around the home are definitely used by the host to watch the guests. This was made clear to me the moment we walked in. This was a very uncomfortable feeling for me personally. I also rent our home in CO and would never consider spying on clients/guests.

House was a perfect starting point for our group. Although there wasn’t enough snow to ride to the trails it was quick and easy to trailer.
The house is absolutely stunning and well cared for. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances kept us in each night cooking for the group.
I was quite pleased to see the community has a zero tolerance for noise or any other obnoxious behavior listed right on the rules of the house. Nothing worse than loud neighbors.
Would love to return one summer to see how beautiful the lake is.

Great location, great house and great owner! 4 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable in the house. Kids were kept busy with the games and the hot tub. The owner also helped me get a very important piece of luggage back to me after our departure. Highly recommend the house and the great owner!

Beautiful and spacious home with all the upgrades and spectacular views. We had 5 kids under 8 and it was great for them too. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to go around.
I will say one negative that totally wasn’t the owner’s fault - we regret going to Grand Lake at this time of the year. The aspens had just finished their show and basically everything in town (and surrounding towns) was closed for the season.
Over all we had a fantastic experience with the home itself and highly recommend it! The owner was very responsive and helpful.

We were a group of 6 women celebrating a milestone birthday. This house was perfect for our group, with plenty of room. We especially liked the multiple balconies that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and mountain views. Close to the lake for pontoon rentals and the city of Grand Lake for restaurants and shopping. We had one problem with the bedding in one room not being clean, but the owner was very responsive. Kitchen and pantry had much more than other rentals we've stayed in before. Overall, we'd highly recommend this house. Check-in was a breeze!

Great property! Plenty of space for everyone. We had room to gather and room to do our own thing. Fabulous, very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and comfortable beds. Close to main road, easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.

We really enjoyed our stay in grand lake! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. My daughter loved the secret bunk bed room!
Only slightly frustrating thing was the extra guest fee after 6 people when the house sleeps 14 and the cleaning fee is already high at 450. Despite that, we enjoyed our time and are very happy with this stay. :)

Our stay in Colorado was perfect, largely due to this great cabin. It was super clean and well-maintained. More than enough room for the seven of us. The kitchen was very well-equipped and gave us the freedom to eat in when we wanted to. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location gave us easy access to whitewater rafting, hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, and downtown Grand Lake. Overall an excellent stay that exceeded expectations.

My family made this trip in memory of my husband. It was a trip we planned four times that had to be canceled when his cancer returned. When I suggested the trip to spread some of his ashes in the park he loved the thought. He wanted no group memorial to spread his ashes. His wish for everyone was to take their share of his ashes and enjoy the park their way. When they reach a point in the park that felt right to spread their share they would feel his love. The vacation was perfect to honor their father it was the week before Father's Day. Beautiful home in Grand Lake which has a great downtown area. Our favorite spot to hike was Adam Falls which is located outside the park so no time entry ticket was needed. It was a bittersweet trip for us but one we will cherish. I recommend this house it was perfect it felt like home.

Most everything was exceptional. The only thing we saw that could be a little more helpful is how to access the TVs and bring up local channels. The resident booklet had everything else included in it except the TV help.

Great newer house with some fun amenities for everyone. Host was great - we enjoyed the secret kids room, ping pong, kitchen, and the hot tub.
The TVs could use a sound bar and the sump pump was active (rained) but other than that everything met or exceeded expectations.

This home is BEAUTIFUL!
The kitchen is well stocked and very high tech. We had plenty of space to cook meals and all of the necessary cooking utensils to do so.
The amenities are fantastic- hot tub, foosball table and ping pong table were all really big hits.
The host was easy to contact and answered all of our questions.

This new, modern, impeccably clean home is extremely well stocked with everything you could ever need in kitchen. Nice touch in all bathrooms with hand soap and lotion as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner in showers. Comfortable bedding! Our family really enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes! We enjoyed our 3 days in this home immensely!

The house is beautiful!! We were a family of 11 and it was very spacious. I love that kids had a room and restroom to themselves. The area is beautiful!! There's a sled hill 2 blocks away from the house and the house has 3 sleds which was awesome. Everyone had a awesome time sledding..FREE FUN!! Overall BEST Christmas vacation!!

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. We are a family of 4, and we were traveling with friends also a family of four. The location is fantastic - easy to get to everything we needed to. The set up is great, and the home is cozy and well decorated. Beds and linens quite comfortable. The kitchen is really well appointed for anyone who cooks too. We loved our stay and will definitely book again here next time we are out in Grand Lake! Thank you!

Beautiful new Grand Lake home, minutes from RMNP
Clean and new high end home. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of room for the 14 family members we had with us. This home is minutes away from hiking, lake activities, shopping and viewing moose and other Wildlife. You will be in one of the most beautiful places in the country when you stay in this home.

Soothing Stay for Frazzled Girl Friends
Our group of 3 frazzled girl friends splurged on a short stay in this truly beautiful home. It was everything we hoped, lovely, comfortable, clean, and peaceful.
The house is equipped with latest in electronic access, which is great for both the owner and the guests. Our group is not particularly tech savvy so we needed help gaining entry but the owner was very responsive.
This would be a fabulous home to reserve for a combined family get together. The large and well equipped kitchen makes for easy group cooking and it can very comfortably sleep 8 adults on the great room level and kiddos downstairs in the cozy 'bunk room' as we named it.
I'd love to come back and another in our group is already considering it for a family get together she is planning next summer.
You won't regret reserving this great property!
