Loved the location! Peaceful and quiet yet close to some good bars and restaurants in Maryville!

Cozy home. Quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and at home instantly. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. (Needs a tea kettle)

Very clean, good condition, well stocked, comfortable, newer updates. We would stay there again. Front steps need a railing, though, difficult for my elderly father who stayed with us.

This was a nice visit overall. The house is clean and comfortable. I wasn’t crazy about the neighborhood or the gavel driveway but it was close to shopping. After driving over 8 hours from Florida, we arrived at 3pm. The access information wasn’t sent until after 4pm which was frustrating.

We are definitely saving this place for future trips! 😊 Friendly and helpful hosts, nice yard for the kids to play in, it was relaxing and comfortable on the front porch, and the house was perfect for what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property! Everything was clean and there were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels provided for us. It was nice having access to different streaming services too.

Very nice place with a very comfortable bed

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Management was very easy to work with. I only had one major concerns while there. I was there with my mother who is in her late 70s and there is not a handrail going up the steep steps to the house. It is an older home so it has a lot of character and has had some updates.

There were easily 20-30 ladybugs in the house. Aside from that it was a nice stay.

This was a great location for getting around Maryville. It was up the hill from town, while providing easy access to downtown and mall. Owners were very accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

My mom and i stayed two nights at this property. The house was extremely clean, warm and cozy. The property owner was easy to communicate with and responded to all messages extremely quickly! I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this house. The hosts were wonderful, and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The house was very clean and the yard was well maintained. It met our needs perfectly!

We needed a 2 Bedroom place so my husband and I and my parents could help my daughter move to Maryville for her new job. This place was perfect. It had everything we needed and was centrally located. The home is very close to shopping which was especially convenient as we were helping her set up a new apartment. On Sunday we were able to take a short commute to Townsend and explore the smoky mountains. The hosts were very communicative and provided extras like a history of Maryville, dining suggestions, and Toiletries. We also appreciated the newer appliances and the ability to make dinner or have late night snacks and some wine after a long day of moving. My 75 year old father, who was horrified that his granddaughter was moving to the “ big city of Knoxville,” was thrilled to be able to sit on the porch and listen to the roosters each morning. A charming town and a great rental; we will be back.

OMG! It was perfect, clean, great location. Close to downtown Maryville, yet hidden out. This will be my new home in Maryville., as I love Maryville, Tn. The owners are super, and have this little /roomy home fixed up perfect. I travel alot, and this is a 10 all the way around. Thank you so much!

We're moving to the area and needed a comfortable, convenient and clean base of operations. This small home has it all! Close to downtown Maryville, local attractions and grocery. This property was so comfortable I extended my stay twice!

While we are not strangers to Maryville with family in the area, we needed a place for one night. Although we did not receive the pre-arrival email with checkin and door code instructions, upon reaching out to the owners they were very responsive and we were able to get settled a couple hours after our initial checkin time. Easy to get to. Although not the nicest neighborhood the accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable. Well appointed, decorated and clean.

We needed a place on short notice. The owner was very kind and understanding of our situation and expedited the process for us.

Neighborhood was less appealing than anticipated.
