My family of 4 had a great stay at this condo.

The location was wonderful!!! The view from the condo was gorgeous. We were just a short drive to the lovely town of Hanalei with lots of shops & restaurants along with a beautiful bay. The condo itself was nice. Kitchen, dinningroom & livingroom very pleasant. The downstairs bath leaves much to be desired though with a very small area with a door with the toilet & shower & a small window that opens directly to the walkway leading to other condos so you can't have it open when showerimg or dressing. No other ventilation.The sink area opens directly to the bedroom so if one person wants to get up & get ready before the other, it is not ideal. The lighting over the sink is very poor. The accordion door that separates the bedroom from the main area of the condo doesn't close all the way. The most annoying thing however was the vertical one piece blinds are detached on one end on every window and bang against the windowsill when the windows are open which is all the time since the unit doesn't have air conditioning. Our family really enjoyed the beach by the condos (path, though not easy is right off the parking lot). We even saw green sea turtles there! We would definitely recommend this location!

Nice location and well equipped. View next to shore was great and enjoyed hearing waves at night.

It’s a great location! I will always stay at the Sealodge when visiting Kauai. This unit was as pictured. It had good space for my family. It had great views of the sunrise! However that much sun exposure made the unit very hot and took a while for it to cool down in the evening.

Sealodge is well located in Princeville. The condo is mostly as pictured. The bathroom tubs and surrounds could use some help as they are not all white. The fridge could use replacing as well. Being a vacation rental there will always be wear and tear on a property, but this unit could use a refresh. We had a very hard time opening the windows on the ocean facing side of the condo, both upstairs and down. The screen on the sliding door to the lanai is very hard to slide and comes off of the tracks almost every time. Be careful in the bedroom downstairs because of where the stairs slant the ceiling on the left as you walk in. We whacked our heads on that several times as you don't expect to have it there. All in all the property was really pretty, chickens everywhere like all of Kauai. Check in and out was super easy and communication with the property management was excellent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went in midseptember and had a beautiful time. Condo had all the cooking essential and some beach toys/towels/coolers. We've stayed at sealodge 3 times and it is our favorite spot on the island. Rains every day but we love it that way. Everything is so lush and even the storms are beautiful. Took our three children and loved having the washer/dryer and dishwasher. No air conditioner was not a problem for us. We never used the pool because there is a beautiful ocean right outside. We loved our stay.

The view was a great one to wake up to. Nicely sized condo and right next to the pool.
