fabulous location on the sea front, beautiful sea views and decked sun area with ample sunbeds with steps directly into the sea, beautiful refurbished rooms, plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep including their own bar and restaurant serving great food. Fantastic staff, Harry, Lisa, Lefty and the rest of the team work hard to make sure you have a fantastic stay, we only stayed 4 nights but wished it was longer. will be visiting the sunbeam on our return in September and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Going home

These apartments have just had a high quality revamp. Everything about the apartments were excellent from the really lovely staff, to the view from balcony, the food and comfy beds. I'd highly recommend them, nothing was too much trouble for them. I loved the way you could step into the sea. Fantastic The restaurant had a vast choice on the menu.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the location it was right in the seafront, opposite a convenience store and had its own bar and restaurant that served food and drinks from early until late without rowdiness, it has a friendly and welcoming feel and the staff were incredible throughout our stay and nothing any trouble, the view for our balcony was amazing and you could easily have an evening in without feeling isolated, it felt safe and secure. The apartment was fresh bright and very functional

We have already been asked for feedback from the owner and said it would have been handy to have more storage in the lounge area where there were 2 very comfortable sofa beds, also could do with some storage in the spacious showroom- neither of these detracted from our stay

Proximity to the beach, awesome location

Would highly recommend staying at the sunbeam, the views from the balcony over the sea were unbelievable. The staff were brilliant and the food was unreal, would highly recommend the chicken gyros plate.

Everything was perfect! The view was awesome, rooms had the described facilities and were working without any issues. Prices were really attractive, bedsheets towels and everything were changed daily. Also the people working there were amazing, polite, friendly. There are no words to describe how perfect everything was!

The location is perfect, and the staff is everything! You get a 5 star hotel attention from the staff. They made my stay extremely enjoyable. My room had everything I needed plus a breathtaking view. If you have the chance to stay here, you will not regret it. I would go back 100 times.

I wish the bed could have been a bit less hard. But for a couple of nights it was totally ok.

The location is amazing on the sea with the most beautiful view I'v' ever had in any hotel around the world. The sunrise is a must to see. There are sunbeds that customers can use for free - better reserve the day before. The bar and restaurant are very good too with the service to sunbeds too. The stuff is really a customer caring and they all try to get you to feel as confortable as possible during the stay. Special thanks to Tony!!! If I ever will be back to Kos island, I will definetely stay at SunBeam.

friendly staff with a personal touch. good prices in bar and restaurant and views were spectacular. Tony ran around getting drinks and sorting sunbeds for everyone so no hassle or queues at the bar at anytime during our stay.

nothing to dislike about the Sunbeam but taxis in Kos are in short supply so I’d consider pre booking to/from airport before returning to Kos.

Nothing! It had everything we needed. If you are looking for 5 star rooms then this isn’t the place for you. However the rooms are due for refurb Winter 2022.

This small family-run hotel has a perfect location, right on the beach. Walking distance to local attractions and supermarkets. The bottom floor with the bar and restaurant has been recently renovated (pictures on Booking don't reflect that update yet), looks really nice and modern, with great music in the background. Delicious meals (for vegans and children as well) made with fresh local produce. Very good strong coffee! Good energy and friendly atmosphere! They make you feel like you visited and stayed there many times before. Everyone speaks good English so communication was easy. What makes this place special is the staff - helpful, attentive, and always ready. Ideal friends and family gataway! Definitely a great place to stay! Totally recommend it. You will not be disappointed!
