This is our second time staying at one of their properties and as before it was perfect! Great yard for our dogs, doggie bags supplied in the yard was a bonus. Loved the crosswalk in front of the house straight to the beach. Will definitely be booking again!!

We stayed here with one other couple and it was a perfect setting for us. Very clean and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to the beach and several nice places to eat.

Easily walkable to the beach across the street. Place was clean and had a fenced in backyard with a fire pit.

Two couples stayed in January, hoping that the weather would be warm enough to enjoy a short beach day while still having access to Orlando and St. Augustine. It was too cold to really make that work, but the duplex was wonderful. Both king beds were comfortable. Each couple had our own bathroom and privacy. We didn’t cook, but enjoyed having the keurig and fridge for snacks. We used the washer and dryer a couple of times during our stay and all went smoothly. We didn’t turn on the TV or use the fire pit at all, because we were gone so much, but everything was neat, tidy, and very efficient. The owner was communicative and helpful when I requested a late checkout, which we didn’t end up needing. Walking across the street for access to the beach was easy for adults, but it would be a little tricky with small children. We enjoyed our stay overall and have only positive feedback

This was a perfect place for a birthday weekend getaway with our friends and pup. The house is so cute, very clean, and had everything we needed. I loved the property and hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Just as pictured. Furnished nicely with big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Everything you need in the kitchen, as well as beach supplies!! Nice to have a garage to keep your car in. Beach access was under construction, but it's only one more block away to catch the next entrance. Definitely recommend.

House was clean, new furnishings and well stocked. I enjoyed that there was a flashing crossing light one house down to cross the road. Seawall is being repaired on the beach access point but walk one block north or south for additional access points. Plenty of beach at high tide and huge wide beach when it was out. Short walk to 7-11 and short drive to grocery or dining. Very easy check in and property management was responsive to emails. Will definitely recommend and we will book here again!

We loved the house which is superb and very welcoming. The house is very close to the beach which you can walk to by crossing the street.
You can also choose to relax in the back yard which is very spacious and pleasant. Perfect for relaxing!
If I return to Smyrna Beach, it is with great pleasure that I will book again in this charming house perfectly appointed, decorated and quiet.

My sister and I loved staying on this property! I always stay directly on the beach when I come to NSB. This was the very first time I stayed “off” the beach, but I am now a believer. It is SO close to the beach, just across the street with easy access, so you feel like you are practically on the beach. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with anything you would want or need for a beachside getaway. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for sharing your home for others to enjoy!

Great location! Loved our stay! “Pet friendly” was not completely accurate as they were only allowed on the floor day and night. That should be in the property description so people know.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here. Property was very clean and excellent for dogs with the fenced in yard. Lots of room for all and kitchen had good supplies and equipment. Close to beach - just have to cross A1A and few steps to beach. We didn’t use the beach equipment but it looked decent. Only minor thing and I stress minor…not many hangers for clothes. Will definitely stay her again.

Walk from the beach, minutes from restaurants and downtown and dunes park for dogs. Nice seating in backyard and all needs onsite make for a great spot to stay!

This property was awesome. Every detail in furnishings was noticed. The hand soaps, dish soap, toilet paper with extra rolls, coffee pods, all were appreciated. We loved the furniture and furnishings. I even ordered the bedding for home! The mattresses were fantastic. Usually we can't wait to get home to our bed but we didn't miss any sleep in their comfy beds. The appliances and furniture looked new.
This is a short walk to the beach. About a block. The wagon with beach chairs was appreciated. We watched a SpaceX launch from the beach.
It was a great pet friendly rental. Dogs are not allowed on the beach but there is a place in the dunes park. (There is a charge and it is quite a walk. Take your bug spray.)
The property manager was quick to respond. Even on a Friday evening.
You won't regret renting this property.

Great Getaway
This vacation rental was perfect for a family of 3. Clean, modern and super convenient to the beach! The owner was very responsive and resolved our small issue within 24 hours. There was plenty of beach gear and the fenced-in backyard was a real bonus!

This property was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated (not cluttered or too coastal cutesy), and location was awesome!
We travel with our dog, so the fully fenced backyard was private and so convenient for relaxing (without always having to have her on a leash when outside).
