We needed to change our dates within the cancelation period due to a medical emergency and Andrew was extremely helpful and cooperative during this process. Location is directly on Englewood beach and was very close to all activities in Englewood.

Property was clean and well furnished. No complaints - would stay there again. One minor thing - cable TV did not have fox news.

Overall a good stay, although right off the start had to scrub toilet with Comet and a scrub brush. Found pet hair throughout. Mattress was a 2 out of 10. Great beach access. Great parking. Nice and roomy. Affordable price.

Perfect for a getaway, right on the beach. Clean with necessities for the week. Only a few steps to the beach. Host was accommodating when I decided to extend my stay. I recommend this property and will stay again.

My daughter wanted to take a vacation with me (her Mom) instead of having a graduation party. I love Manasota Key so finding this place was perfect for us. The place is perfect for a couple people. Right on the beach. You literally walk out the door and your feet are int he sand. Although we had a great deal of rain the week we were there we made the most of the situation and settled into our moment together. Soon after returning from this vacation, my daughter will be heading to bootcamp for the Airforce. I really enjoyed my stay at this place and will recommend this to ANYONE who enjoys being on the beach and enjoying the sunsets and salt water.

We love this property. We stay every year during Memorial day weekend. My son thinks my mom owns it and calls it Nana's beach house. It feels like home to us. Location is great and we have almost everything we need.

Absolutely perfect for us. Easy access to the house and the beach. Quiet but not too quiet Manasota Key is our new get away. We love it!

Right on the beach ! Definitely would stay again. Beach house is not one of the nicer ones but the beach makes up for it. WiFi is terrible local
Food is excellent , shopping is nearby.

THE LOCATION AND BEACH IS AMAZING! However, the furniture and towels need to be updated/replaced as they are old and used up. Also, the room smelled musty and old, so we purchased some candles and air fresheners which helped. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location. Wish it had more bath towels and laundry machines. Futon was a poor choice in order to fit 4 adults. We had to buy an air mattress. Someone in the other unit was smoking weed and it traveled in through our bathroom which made us uncomfortable.

Loved this cozy spot as close to the amazing beach as you could imagine! The place was as shown in the photos and was VERY clean. Host was incredibly responsive. We will definitely look to book again next year.

The place is as advertised. Right on the beach in a quiet area that is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a convenience store. Highly recommended and would go back again!

These accommodations were as expected (please fix the recliner chair for your next guests) walking distance to restaurants and bars. Wonderful sunsets right on the beach. Watch for dolphins jumping. Would definitely return with my children and grandchildren. Next time I would book the upper balcony suite.

Found beachfront location great! Close to restaurants and bars. Kitchen had all the dishes, pots, pans, etc to allow us to make some of our meals at the property. Weather cooperated to make things even better. Andrew was quick to help us figure out the "smart" TV and cable box when we inquired.

Sewer rat was in the toilet.we unloaded suitcases.put groceries away changed into shorts to walk the beach.wife went in bathroom to pee before the walk.lifted toilet seat to fid a sewer rat looking at her..contact owner and manager they moved us to a different unit.no compensation for our troubles.

We reserved a short 4 days here and were extremely pleased with the accommodations. Everything worked as expected. You cannot get any closer to the water or nightkife. We will be back!

Quaint one-bedroom apartment with all the basic necessities provided. Beach chairs were awesome. Furnishings were a bit dated but the location was incredible: beach out the front door, shops, restaurants and bars all within short walking distance.

This is just what we were looking for, open our door and step into the sand with water steps away! Nothing fancy, furniture could use updating but it was clean. We will definitely go back again!

Englewood Beach Florida reminds me of beach trips when i was a kid. Laid back. No crowds. No high rise condos taking up the whole beach. No need for elevators and no walking a mile to get to the beach and ocean. Clear water and mild waves. It was great.

We spent our time on the ocean and enjoyed the outdoor space. The shower was amazing! We were able to check in early and start the fun! Super easy and fast response time! We will be back!

Excellent location and nicely furnished. No toiletries or coffee provided, so bring your own. Otherwise, very nicely equipped kitchen and with beach chairs and beach towels.
