Property was very clean with beautiful redwood trees in the yard. The hot tub worked great and all other amenities functioned properly. It was a nice relaxing stay in wine country!

Everything about this little cottage in the redwoods along the creek was perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful although we were here during the week. And while there are neighbors to the left and right. One was very quiet and the other neighbors were not there. a very nice place to retreat.

Great scenery and beautiful trees 🌲 and location. I recommend for a couple and or couple and kids. May not for two couples or three people. Just cause upstairs for during the night and if you have to go pottie , can be dangerous coming down the wood steps .

Set among redwoods with a stream running next to it, this place is so peaceful and lovely. The house is very comfortable and well kept. We really enjoyed our time here. We took advantage of the great hot tub, cooked a full dinner one night, enjoyed some TV, used the Wi-fi without issues, and slept well in the king bed. Definitely recommend it.

I liked the solitary and quiet feel of the house. The hot tub and outside deck seating looking at the creek were nice to enjoy.

Really cute home with relaxing and comfy atmosphere. Had a nice shower despite the bathroom being a little small. Stairs were creaky and steep but it really was a great getaway! Awesome windows and porch, amazing DVD selection. Private but close to town too!

My husband and I had an amazing five days here. It was a perfect location to do. Short little day trips. Everything that we needed was in the home. It was extremely clean. The hot tub was fantastic. The sound of the creek was really quite wonderful while sitting on the front porch with the fire pit.

Overall nice. There was a safety concern - no smoke detector, only the base was on the ceiling. Also, bedroom door starting to come apart, needs glue and shower door needs top hinge secured. The mantle in the living room needs right live edge glued. We really thank you for having quality, sharp knives in the kitchen.

The home was clearly recently renovated and was beautifully furnished, there was also lots of board games to play and 3 roku TVs. Definitely my favorite vacation rental I've ever stayed at.

Place was ready when we got there, just needed to set the heat. Hot tub was lovely and easy to use. Good instructions for all the house stuff, and so many coffee options! The house is tucked back a mostly paved road, some low cars may have a little trouble. It's right next to a creek, it was very nice to sit and watch the water go by. Be aware that the light well to the second floor bedroom will also carry sound, so consider who stays in that bedroom. Guerneville is walking distance, and has everything we needed for supplies. All in all, a wonderful visit to a charming spot.

We loved this hidden gem just minutes off of 116. Close to downtown Guernville and Safeway. Feels very quiet and private our family enjoyed the large hot tub under the redwood trees, cooking and eating in the dine in kitchen and playing uno and watching movies. House is beautifully updated and very neat and clean. Providing coffee and extra amenities like toothpaste were a plus.

This is a secluded beautiful home along a creek bed. While there are several homes nearby, the area was quiet and beautiful; the redwoods that surround the home are truly spectacular. We hope to return soon!

This place is perfectly nestled just outside of downtown and is a GEM! Nestled at the end of a lane, there is ample parking and a phenomenal view of what I can assume is an active creek though was dry during our stay. The living room is cozy and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Both bedrooms were perfect and the loft-style room up the stairs is like a little treehouse. We were able to do some work remotely, grill, play a few tabletop games, and rest. Such a great stay, would 100% book again.

Enjoyed our stay at this smallish but cozy house; well apportioned with amenities. Description was accurate of the house. Quiet and away but not too far to go out to do things. This location was perfect for myself, husband and college-aged daughter. Just realize it isn't for large (4+) families. For us, it was a good home-base for travels to the wine country and out to the coast. You're a little far away from Napa (and SFO), but if you do a little planning for your visit(s), it wasn't a big deal to get to anything you wanted to do on time. Just realize it isn't just a 15 minute drive to most places. Appreciated the timely text messages before, during and after our stay. Kitchen/appliances were great; bath was small but nice and beds were comfortable. Hot tub looked great and in good working order, but we did not get a chance to use it. Given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

Very remote but close to great hiking. The house is one of the nicest in a quiet neighborhood. While the distance to downtown Guerneville would be considered walkable we did not feel comfortable due to the narrow shoulder and lack of sidewalks. Great property management was very responsive

The cabin is wonderful and has great aesthetics! It’s a classic take on a cabin in the woods, but it has all of the wonderful amenities that you come to expect from living in your own home. There is an abundant amount of space to park, and the four giant redwood trees cropped in and around the building are absolutely beautiful along with a lovely, decorated interior, comfortable beds, and and close to River Road. We plan to book it again for next year!

We had a great couples trip! Our stay was very pleasant, clean, quiet and close to everything! Highly recommend this property - very comfortable!

Our stay was very nice overall with the only complaint of not having a working heater (space heaters didn't quite do the trick). The location is really great, with 20 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the river and many hikes available close by.
