Apartment is exactly as described and the location is great! Restaurants, shops, coffee, and bars within a block or two. Walkable to all of Ukrainian Village, West Town and Wicker Park. A quick ride anywhere beyond that is easy to arrange. Building is quiet, neighborhood feels very safe, people were friendly. Bonus - cleanest rental we’ve ever had, no contest. We would stay there again, without a doubt!

This is a perfect, cozy little apartment in a lovely part of Chicago. We were 5 adults to stay and there was plenty of room for everyone on comfortable beds.
It’s easy to find and the parking in the back is helpful to have. Street parking is tough.
It is an apartment in a wood framed building so be conscientious of neighbours and noise especially through the week.
Minor drawbacks is that the corkscrew was broken and when we went to put sheets on the sofa bed they were slightly damp (so clean, which is good).
Would highly recommend this spot to any group visiting Chicago. The photo wall got us some nice portraits and we loved walking to coffee at Dark Matter just down the street.

4 of my close friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect spot. Communication and check-in were a breeze, the location was a central location to get anywhere in Chicago, and the apartment itself was actually quite spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. No complaints! Would highly recommend as a home base if you're coming to Chicago to sightsee, or even to spend your time inside!

Comfortable stay. Me and my family was gone majority of the time. There was a smell that i didn't like when we first got there but i brought spray and lysol so that fixed that problem. Overall I would recommend

our friend lives a few blocks over so this was the best possible location. close to nice spots like Archie's and the beetle. very clean and comfy, hope to stay there again when I'm in town!

Lovely neighborhood, walking distance to so many hidden gems #poopfountain. Dine-in, walk up or deli to go restaurants all around, not to mention a tasty bakery. Perfect for location for traveling to downtown for Parks, museum or the NavyPier.
The place was as listed, cozy and nice home feeling. First time in the city and definitely coming again.

Great communication through booking and stay. Nice place, safe neighborhood. Awesome to have the parking spot since street parking was hard to come by. Would definitely stay again, no complaints!

I forget to check with them ahead of time and had no advance check in ins3 proactively sent to me. Usually the host sends in advance but it was a beautiful and nice place private parking. Quiet time and peaceful.

We didn't get any communication about how to get in or where to park. I had to call VRBO for help, then got a response late in the day when we were celebrating a birthday and were ready to settle in. The space itself accommodated us, but was very basic. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. It was difficult to sleep with people above us literally banging around.

The location was close to downtown, safe,quiet and the place was cozy and clean. But the garbage disposal didn't work, there was a piece of blind missing in the room and there was no fan in the bathroom.

A great little gem of a space for a no-frills traveler looking to spend time in some of Chicago’s best neighborhoods. The check-in and communication were easy and effective, and the apartment itself is located near a whole bunch of fun bars and spots.

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Very cute decor and clean. The only issue was the heat didn't work. We were only in the apartment to change around 5p and didn't get in until 2am to feel what the apartment felt like. It was too late to call anyone so we just dealt with it.

I had a fantastic stay at Natalie and Mia's place during my short visit to town for a concert at the Metro. The apartment was impeccably clean, and it's located in a lovely neighborhood. The convenient access to downtown and nearby restaurants made my trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I was visiting for a concert at The Salt Shed. Having lived in Chicago for 12 years, I had never explored this part of town. What a gem! We loved the place (especially the fun mural wall) and appreciated having a designated parking space. It’s clean and quiet in the building. Overall great VRBO experience! Would come back again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for a few days and appreciated the that the kitchen and bathroom were so clean and cared for. The location was really nice and the parking spot was very much appreciated. Check in process was smooth and the owner was very good with communication.

What a sweet little property on such a quaint street. Had some of the best crepes ever at the Ukranian restaurant Shakolad at the end of the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Hosts were quick to communicate and made check in and out a breeze. Very convenient parking and proximity to restaurants etc. My daughter planned the two day trip to take me to Alinea for dinner. We had a great time all around! Thanks for everything!

We booked this apartment for a quick trip and it is just as pictured. They had so many little extras in the bathroom, just in case you forgot something! I felt horrible for the tenant under due to our heavy footed children!

This was my second stay at this condo - it’s comfortable, clean, and quiet and has everything you need for a weekend in Chicago.

Nice place in the Ukrainian neighborhood close to lots of dining and entertainment options. I drove a full size truck so parking was a bit tight but was able to navigate without incident. The apartment was comfortable. Natalie and Mia were very helpful in all our communications. Will look to stay here again when we come back to Chicago.
