Seems to tick all the boxes.
Being under the shop was a little concerning but didn't notice anyone above or in the unit below.
Quiet, clean! Very good,
Very steep driveway, but easy enough to get in and out.

Wonderful property below kitchen bathroom store. It had some really neat fittings! The mirror in the bathroom was amazing. Only complaint is that it needs one more chair in the living area so all 4 guests can sit comfortably.

Place was exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay. With a toddler in tow the washer dryer was a godsend as was off street parking.

Advertised as 5 min stroll to all CBD attractions yet even on Google it is 20mins. No dishwashing equipment for hand washing and no tablets for machine. Sent a text saying this and they were delivered however it was reviewed that I demanded and treated her staff like slaves. Even reported that they were in the apartment after we left but two of us searched the whole apartment more than once. This was a straight our liar. I explained another issue we had trouble with in New Plymouth that I though being a manager of 100 properties she would be interested in for the future and she told me not to be disrespectful.

The unit was amazingly modern and stylish. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Great location and very good parking. Would highly recommended and would stay again.

Nicely sized cosy apartment and only a 10 min walk from the main street and waterfront. Apartment looks newly built with modern appliances and bathroom. Overall enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place to stay. Small problem if you are there during the week and want peace and quiet. The apartment is under a retail business so you hear people walking back and forth during the day. the rest of the time is quiet.
