Everything was great! The house comfortably slept 16 of us with all the amenities we ever needed. From the hot tub, basement pool table and everything else we'll remember this New Years weekend full of great memories for a lifetime.

Communicating with Ryan was easy! The place we stayed at was beautiful and able to accommodate a large group get together. We were very pleased with how smooth the process was.

Had a large group of friends rent this property and it worked out great. Nice neighborhood short walk to the lake. Plenty of space in the house and outside.

The house was exactly how it was explained in the description. My friends and I had a great time here. The hot tub ans bar downstairs was definitely a plus. It was 17 of us and we all had somewhere to sleep.
The weather in the morning was perfect and we took a walk around the neighborhood. There are other activities to do but the only one we committed to was the outlets that were about 20 min away.
Do bring extra supplies such toilet paper, cleaning supplies, napkins, which Ryan is very clear about.
I definitely do see my self booking this house again. Hope we return !

The house was exactly how it was explained in the description. My friends and I had a great time here. The hot tub ans bar downstairs was definitely a plus. It was 17 of us and we all had somewhere to sleep.
