Location and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from.

Bathroom doors didn't close all the way so no privacy. The toilet kept running at night. The doors slam close so every time someone would close them it would be loud and wake you from sleep.

the vibe was really cute. beds were comfortable. shower was a good size. the bar was nice and the pool seemed good even though we didn't use it

parking lot isn't that big. there was no iron, just a steamer

Its the fact i booked this Hotel almost 4 Months in advance i did the 24hr check in prior to my visit get there at a certain time and am told to come back later i come back around 3:30 and there is a line out the door because apparently they had no rooms available for Queens/ Queen Suites??? I ended up waiting a whole hour then told them while waiting in line i just wanna cancel then all of a sudden a room opens up and was given a Handicap room. Honestly didn’t care it was a handicap room because i had an event to get to. But it was very unprofessional and unorganized. Also to top it all of they were out of Toilet paper in the Room and In the Whole hotel when we went down to the lobby to ask for some.

Close to my family. Beautiful hotel beautiful room, great service, and felt very safe.

Everything was great

I loved the wide open lobby yet there was space for so many activities (ie: pool table, board games, a full bar, hot food and individual nooks for folks who just wanted to watch the action or read a book) and so much light. Plus the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially beautiful Michelle.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
