Felt as if we was at home. So compatible, comfortable and everything for our convenience! Simple policies and requirements, understandable for an lovely home.

This house was set up wonderfully. Several times we needed something, and immediately found that the owners had provided it already. Really great job anticipating a traveler’s needs! The neighborhood (overall) is in transition, but always felt safe. Was only about 10 minutes to the incline railway, downtown, etc. Checkout instructions were easy; had no problems with the house. Thanks, would stay again!

This place had easy, close access to just about anywhere in the Chattanooga area. House was very modern, very neat and clean. All 4 of us enjoyed our stay and the accomodations.

Property was clean and easy to check into. Nice back yard and front porch. Close to downtown activities. Full kitchen and grill was a bonus.

Even though the neighborhood seemed a bit down, we felt safe and noticed all the new upkeep to many of the homes. We sat outside on the front porch all the time and really enjoyed a relaxing time. Home was well done, clean and had supplies that we needed and used.

We loved our stay at Bragg’s Ridge, it was just what we needed for our vacation! This newly built home is well stocked with everything that you would need!! The personal touches throughout really added to the home’s personality! Tammy came and introduced herself and was so kind and asked if we needed anything to let her know. The check-in process was very simple and we love that we didn’t have to keep up with a key throughout our stay! The home and yard was very well kept and clean! Make sure to say hey to Weezer (the neighborhood cat)

Tammy’s home was fabulous. She has done such a great job of making you feel at home when you stay there. All bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with plenty of towels and linens and pillows. The common spaces have so much to make you comfortable. The amount of ‘ extras’ she has is amazing ! She has truly thought of everyone that may stay there ; from adults to children to pets! Tammy was very quick to respond to all my needs via text and even stopped by to check in to see if we needed anything. ( she also lives on this street a few doors up). My only negative to say was the driveway is quite steep, so pulling into the driveway can be difficult for a low set vehicle.

Everything was wonderful. The home was so CLEAN, cozy and adorable, with each bedroom decorated so beautifully. There are many subtle details in the decor that we definitely appreciated and enjoyed. Everything we needed was provided. Tammy was so sweet and accommodating, and made sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Next time, I won’t plan so many activities so that we can enjoy more time hanging out at the home. Did I mention how CLEAN the home was? LOL. Thank you, Tammy, for everything! We could tell that you are passionate about putting a lot of effort into making sure your guests have a high quality, clean, and comfortable environment during their stay! You’ve set the bar so high that when we plan visits to Chattanooga, we will probably only want to stay in one of YOUR properties!

We stayed at one of Tammy's other properties last year. It was so comfortable and clean that I immediately looked up if we could stay there again. It was already booked, so we ended up in one of her other properties. I've told so many people about Tammy's properties because I think they are the VRBO dream. Clean, well supplied, comfortable furniture and beds, conveniently located... I feel at home. Highly recommend!

This house is a jewel! The pictures doesn’t do it justice! Tammy lives nearby and was a big help with restaurant choices and things to do. Just bring yourself and be ready for a great time! Plenty of towels, washcloths and other supplies you will need. Would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean. It was very well stocked with cooking utensils if you plan to cook meals. Close to a lot of the sites in the area. Would stay there again.

I was blown away by this rental! The property was absolutely stunning! Clean, fresh, stylish… my only complaint would be that I didn’t realize there was a grill (it was gorgeous outside and I would have grilled steaks ;) and that I didn’t book it longer! The cottage is close to downtown and Lookout Mountain. I really hope to stay there again and make an annual trip to the beautiful location!

This home was the perfect place for us to stay! It's lovely with great decor, and we had everything we needed: a well-supplied kitchen, lots of towels, comfortable beds and furniture, and even a chess set on the table, which was an added bonus as my family loves playing chess. My son especially loved the daybed on the front porch and we all spent time sitting out there. Tammy came by and introduced herself and she's wonderful. AND my dogs loved all the things to watch and bark at. Great location too! We would definitely stay here again!
