What a cute cottage in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Weaverville. Had everything you needed for a great stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee listening to the birds and frogs. Owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was very nice. It looks brand new and is located on a very quiet street. We enjoyed the ability to walk to a brewing or a park.

I stayed at Geri’s beautiful little house for a visit to Weaverville to see my brother and sisters. The house was beautifully appointed and the perfect respite after a busy day of visiting! I enjoyed a glass of wine out on the back porch in the evenings, sat inside with my sister in the cozy sitting room and had coffee and breakfast in the well done kitchen. On top of all this, the upstairs has a fantastic bathroom, very functional and well thought out. The bed was the piece de resistance, comfortable with great sheets-it was awesome. As someone who loves a good nights sleep, I couldn’t have asked for better. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, so every morning I walked around the charming neighborhood (where everything happened to be in bloom) on my way to breakfast with my family. All the shops and restaurants are just a couple blocks away-perfect walking distance. My stay was just wonderful, thank you!!

We loved this rental. One of our favorites. Cozy and close to a cute downtown and brewery.

Everything was first class. The house itself feels brand-spanking new, even though we realize it has been there for more than a year. It is beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed throughout. All the appliances are the most modern version -- creating a challenge for us, since we had to learn how to operate some of them (we did!). The furniture is quite comfortable. Although we spent most of our 4 days out of the house, visiting nearby attractions and relatives from Mars Hill, it was great to come home to this beautiful house. We wish we could have brought our little beagle, who would also have loved it; but she hates to ride, so we left her at home. Our only problem was the dual heating system; we were unable to get the upstairs thermostat to respond, even though we tried to follow the directions. We solved that problem (it was too hot, even on those January nights) finally by turning on the ceiling fan, opening a window, and turning the downstairs thermostat down. Other than that, the house was perfect, and we would love to stay there again.

This place was perfect. We loved everything about it. The location is great too.

This was a beautiful property, just perfect for us. Clean, well equipped and very functional. Location was fantastic, ideal for visiting major attractions in the Asheville area while being in a cute neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants and shopping nearby. Great to be able to park right outside and the outdoor space at the back of the property was ideal. Communication with Geri was timely and accurate. Would love to return in the future.

Absolutely perfect place for a lovely weekend in Weaverville. Walking distance to so many places to explore. Beautiful separate small home. Hosts thought of everything, it’s all in the details. We spent a few days in the cottage that has all the amenities! This was our 25th anniversary!! Restaurants and shops were within walking distance and Asheville was a short drive away.

A wonderful home away from hone. Great walkability to shops and restaurants. Terrific drck fir reading and dining. All the amenities and high end decor. Second stay - not disappointed.

Great stay and great host! This house is beautiful

Where to begin? This vacation rental was so awesome! It was definitely the nicest vacation rental that we have ever stayed at. The entire quest house was well maintained, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and HVAC unit mounted above the bed kept the upstairs bedroom very cool and comfortable even with the HOT temperatures outside. The kitchen was well equipped and had the sharpest cutlery we have ever used. The outdoor porch was a great place to relax with dogs and enjoy the breeze and/or ceiling fan. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and located only a couple of blocks from the downtown area with its many local breweries and restaurants. The house is also located within a half mile of Lake Louise Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily trips to the park to walk our dogs and enjoy this wonderful outdoor space.

Amazing little area. I will definitely be back! Gerri was such caring host and I loved the visit with the doggies.

Geri and Stuart have a fantastic cottage In a great town. If I could give more than five stars I would. The cottage itself is so well equipped and located a couple of blocks from downtown. Geri and Stuart are great hosts and very responsive. We will be back.

An amazingly beautiful property

What a wonderful guest house! Perfect for my husband and I, with our little Toy Poodle. This property was immaculate and decorated so beautifully. The most comfortable bed in the bedroom. Geri and Stu were such gracious hosts. Just a 5 minute walk into town. The best location in Weaverville. Thank you so very much for a fabulous stay!!!

Everything about our stay in this cottage was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and every detail was so well thought out. All of the furniture was so comfortable from the living room to the porch to the bed. It struck me how quiet it was even in the middle of a residential area. We spent a lot of time on the porch in the morning and evenings and enjoyed listing to the birds sing. The down town area was delightful and we ate at some of the best restaurants. We would definitely like to come here again.

Well maintained cozy place for a couple (and a small pet). Great eating places in the neighborhood. Quiet location but within an hour's drive to Roan Mountain (Applachian trail), Blue Ridge and Ashville downtown. The property seems newly built and amenities/appliances are very good quality.

This is a lovely place in a great location. It is well appointed with a full kitchen and an inviting back deck. The bedroom and bathroom are soothing spaces and it's nice to have on-site laundry. We enjoyed the short walk to nearby restaurants, coffee and pubs. It's also very close to all that Asheville and the Blue Ridge mountains have to offer. We hope to return soon!

The decor & amenities were superb. We gr8ly enjoyed being able 2 stroll 2 main st for dinner. The proximity 2 Asheville allowed us to explore, at our convenience.
