This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Every morning we walked down the path along the river to cowboy coffee. Enjoyed the short walk to the gondola along with all the amazing restaurants and stores in telluride. We didn’t need to drive anywhere except when we went fly fishing. We enjoyed the sounds of nature just outside our window. The complex hot tub was perfect after long hikes we took. Bed was super comfortable. Great location!!

This is a great spot for a couples ski get-away. Has all the expected amenities and is in a fantastic location.

We stayed 3 nights. The condo was well-located convenient to the festival and in-town amenities. Nice view on the balcony overlooking the river. It was very clean and modern, outfitted with everything we needed for a short stay. There’s a mini refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave. No dishwasher but we didn’t do any cooking other than coffee, which was provided. Would stay again for short stay.

Property is in great location by the river. Only complaint was deck furnishings a little aged and deck could have used a clean up. Unit is otherwise well appointed.

At first we were struck by the bedroom placement before the living and kitchen area but easily got used to the layout. The apt is very nice. The remodeling work is done very tastefully and the amenities - appliances, kitchen instruments and amenities are excellent. The comfort of all furnishings is great especially after a big day of skiing. And the views from the living room are wonderful. Thank you very much.
The only thing that i suggest more attention on is the TV. We could not get TV programs outside of Roku. We called mgmt for this but there was no solution. We also alerted mgmt that cleaning materials were left in the apt and while we were told that someone would come by to pick them up, no one did. Neither of these things detracted from our pleasant stay. Just an FYI.

A few issues with our stay: Intermittent WiFi
The bed was made with sheets that did not fit. Terrible, one-Star motel bed pillows.
Threadbare towels and not enough of them — you ought to consider leaving towels for hot tub use.
Heat was not great. We were quite cold at night even with extra blankets.
Place was packed; barely any room in closets to store stuff.
Garbage cans just out in the open made for an unpleasant living/dining room area. Please consider investing in a decent garbage container for kitchen. Also, please provide guests with a new dish sponge as using an old one is gross and unhygienic.
I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. Not at the $400/night price.

Very clean and comfortable condo at the west end of Telluride. Easy walk to all parts of downtown and over to the Gondola for a trip up to Mountain Village. Comfortable bathroom set up and amenities. Washer and Dryer provided in the unit. Comfy furniture and nice bed. We will definitely look to stay at this unit again in the future. Management was very responsive and helpful when needed. Great place and a great stay!

Apartment was stylish, comfy, and a great location. Easy check-in and check-out. The host welcomed us with a bag of local coffee which was a nice surprise, but unfortunately no sugar or creamer was in-house. Had some issues with the Wifi and TV connection going in and out. And there was construction being done in the building during our stay, which was not mentioned before we arrived. Overall though, a nice stay.

An excellent updated room perfect for 2 people with a Mountain View. Everything is walkable nearby… a couple blocks from Mainstreet and a short walk to the gondola and hiking trails. Perfect for a getaway.

This condo worked well for a couple. The studio kitchen was better equipped than some full kitchens. The view out the back was great.

Fantastic Condo in a Great Location
The condo was perfect for our short stay in Telluride. The location is ideal, on a quiet back street but close to pretty much everything. The condo itself is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay.
Enjoyed the location and walkability of the condo to everything telluride has to offer. The condo seemed newly updated and clean and we very much enjoyed the patio that looked out onto the mountains. Great stay and looking forward to coming back!

Great place in an excellent location.
This condo was perfect for the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping our morning coffee out on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful stream and mountain! The location is awesome -- right in town and an easy walk to the Gondola and all restaurants/stores. We parked the car upon arrival and never moved it during our 4-day stay. Very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and really liked the outside deck overlooking the greenway and creek. Location was also nice, as it was a short walk to town and the supermarket. The only negative comment I would give is that there is no dishwasher and the front entrance opens up directly into the bedroom.
