We are happy we rented this place for 6 nights. The condo has a nice layout, it felt very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with like new appliances. The family room has comfy furniture and a million dollar view that requires morning coffee and a late afternoon drink on the sofa. The bed was wonderful, and the master bathroom very nicely updated. Granby Ranch is such a convenient location for Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Winter Park. The grocery store is close, too. Leanne was very prompt to answer the questions we had. We will be renting this condo again in the future.

Wedding weekend in Granby and this location could have not been more perfect.

Condo was great for A 2 night stay at Granby Ranch for our friends son’s wedding!

This luxury mountainside condo is absolutely gorgeous! The views are stunning and we loved relaxing in the family room and taking in all the scenery. The condo is super clean and well-stocked. It had everything to meet our family's needs. We loved the location and close proximity to Granby Ranch and tons of hiking trails. Not to mention, only about 30 minutes away from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We higly recommend this condo!

Mountainside 74 was the perfect spot for our family of three kids! The condo view is incredible, and inside it was wonderfully clean and stocked with everything we could need during our stay. Hope to stay here again!

This property is awesome. There are so many thoughtful amenities throughout the condo. Everything needed for a wonderful stay. The pots and pans were nicer than what I use at home. Leanne was so accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Highly recommend this condo.

Location is very convenient to Granby Ranch Ski Area. The property was clean, had a nice layout and met our expectations!

Overall we were happy with this property. It was clean and updated with all the essential kitchen items you’d need. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer during our stay. The views out every window were excellent! The 100 yard walk to the main lift from the condo was partially uphill but coming back was easy enough.

Everything about the property was as advertised. Clean, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. 100 yards from the Granby Ranch chair lift. We could not have asked for more during this quick Christmas getaway. The many board games were an added bonus for family fun. Thank you.

Unit was very clean, nice views and right next to Ski slopes, if you are planning for ski trip then look no further, this is the place you want to get. It's about 1.5 hour scenic drive from Denver. If I come back for another ski trips, this is where we will plan to stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. Great location and very scenic, about 25 minutes to RMNP. It was rather warm during our stay and there is not air conditioning so we kept the windows open which can be a bit noisy with the traffic. The kitchen had very nice pots, pans, etc. My boys enjoyed playing on the Cornhole board by the pool at night. Would stay again!

Family of four (parents with older teens) visited from Kansas for a week. Accommodations were amazing with plenty of space for our family. Everything we could possibly need from a stock of K-cups to plenty of linens including snuggly blankets for cool summer evenings. The view from the balcony was amazing and we saw multiple deer. Beds were very comfortable. The washer /dryer combo with detergent pods was perfect to wash up a load of sweaty hiking clothes. Close to Winter Park activities as well as RMNP. Would absolutely rent here again!

This is my first review on VRBO. For a property and a host that's rated 5 stars, guests expectations are always beyond average. The property is as described and the location is beautiful. There is however construction going on in front of the building which should have been mentioned in the listing description since this is something that might matter to guests like me who are expecting to spend some quiet time at the property. When I politely brought this up with the host, the response wasn't very sympathetic and it was said that no one before has complained about the noise, which made me feel like my feedback wasn't appreciated. Upon checkout, I sent a thank you message to the host but never received a reply. This isn't 5-star hospitality! We have stayed at multiple properties on other travel websites before and the interaction with hosts has always been very pleasant and that does matter! There is a reason there are ratings and reviews and super hosts are supposed to excel in their hospitality. Even if the host felt that the ongoing construction is out of her control, if the concern was brought up about disclosing it on the listing, it should have been acknowledged. I didn't feel like a valued guest.

Roomy. The two bathrooms make it great. Well stocked with everything you need. Clean and fresh. Good location, quiet but close to what need.

Condo was perfect for our needs to attend weekend wedding. We could walk to the venue at Granby ranch. Our condo had beautiful views of the mountains.
