The hanging light cover by the door is far too low. I would often walk into it

For a longer stay like ours we haven’t missed anything. The apartment (house) was as shown on the pictures, nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds very comfortable. Parking was easy, two little mini markets just over the road, also a bakery and not to forget the nice restaurant we went to a couple of times. Walking to the center of Chania and the Old Harbour takes about 25-30 minutes. Communication was always prompt, very friendly and helpful, checking in very easy. we had a very good time.

The barking dogs we are not used to…

Clean building Spacious living. Good facilities lovely staff and very helpful owner. Roof top was a bonus.

Location was quite a walk from Chania old town and harbor and not many nice restaurants within a short walk.

Nice clean apartment, everything you'll need is there

The house and hospitality were exceptional. They provided us beach towels same time we asked and beach umbrella. The roof top has a great view! The house was brand new with all the facilities a tourist needs and very big, also very clean.

We were made welcome immediately and the apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need to make yourself at home. The taverna across the road was fabulous and all the staff were welcoming and the food excellent.

The only small issue was a dog barking and howling all night which kept me awake, although my children slept through.

The communication with the staff( and owner) was very good. The self check-in was a big plus because we arrived very late. Very nice that was a cleaning service ( twice in our 7nights stay) and also changing the towels. We had a potty which we didn't think to ask but was very useful for my child. They were very responsive to our requests ( pharmacy opened at he night, printing boarding passes). The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary things.

The photos are a bit artistic and the reality a bit altereted but still is a very nice apartment ( 2bedrooms). The neighbour is not looking the best and it is a bit far from the port but we had a car and we knew when i booked it.

The property was impeccable!

The place is very cosy and comfortable, like home away from home and the terrace at the last floor has a magnificent view of Chania. It had everything we needed and more. Our host Aggeliki was so kind to us and even brought us breakfast as a welcome gift. She made sure we are ok, checked if we needed anything and was a great host!

Due to my misses being positive with covid, we had to stay inside for the duration of our holidays. Good thing is that the premises were way better than we expected. Also, the kindness and understanding of the host was beyond professional as well as exceptional. They took the extra step of fulfilling all our needs, and were as caring as possible. The whole interaction with the host was a testament to the Greek hospitality.

The first place we were greeted so kindly! Incredibly nice owner! Beautiful rooms, well-kept, very clean. We are very pleased! We traveled with children, the owner fulfilled our request for an extra cot for a baby. What is very important, she has prepared a lot of toys for him! air conditioning worked great. I recommend that you read the book :) a short guide to Chania that is prepared for customers. Thanks to him, we got to know the city from a different side. The owner has a lot of amenities for her clients! we really love it and will be recommending this property to friends!

We really liked this place! It is a very convenient and well equipped apartment. We had there everything that was needed. The apartment is located a bit outside of the center- thanks to this it is easy to access the place and there is no problem with parking. In the middle of our stay the apartment was cleaned, it was really nice and needed in fact (sand was everywhere 😅) but anyway from the start the place was extremely clean and smelled nice.

The apartment we got did not look like on the pictures, it's not a problem because anyway it was nice - but just to mention.

the whole apartment is very tastefully designed. it had a very laid back vibe and it was one of our favourite accoms. the whole place was HUGE for just the 2 of us. loved how spacious it was and we wished we stayed longer here! everything was clean and felt very new, we’re so glad we got the experience this place.

This property is located far from Chania centre. the beds were comfortable.

We brought a dog with us and it states on the website its dog friendly yet we were charged an additional 25 euros for bringing the dog, on the website it says charges may apply which is very misleading. The owner also tried charged 30 euros for spilling tea on the duvet cover. In the bedroom there is no air-conditioning so very uncomfortable stay its also really noisy with dogs barking. I found the cleaning staff really unfriendly and felt we were being observed constantly. Also we were constantly being contacted by text by a lady called Tammy asking us how are stay was which felt was annoying, we felt constantly harassed. We wouldn't stay here agin.

the furniture was really nice, modern and clean. It was really comfortable.

Sadly there wasn’t an oven. That would have been nice.

Aggeliki is the best host . helpful friendly smart . we love her ! Also Krista is terrific . we had the best time!

The apartment #8 was absolutely amazing. The view for New Years was breathtaking as the city lit up the sky with fireworks. The restaurant across the street was very good and the walk into town was nice, only about a mile. I would definitely come back to this apartment if I am back in Chania.
