We LOVED our time at Kim’s property in Manzanita. Easy access to the quiet end of the beach, plentiful space to work and read and hang together, and a lovely outdoor space that felt like being in nature. We will definitely return!

The home is as charming if not more so than the pictures. This was one of the best stocked kitchens I've been in regarding dishware/utensils/bowls, etc., which made cooking delightful. The backyard is fenced in so it made life easy with our dog. As written in the notes, beware that there is a lot of light in the master bedroom upstairs; if you're sensitive, bring personal night shades. ): We arrived after 5 on Friday and Kim immediately responded to a text to resolve a minor issue. This was our favorite home in Manzanita in 3 visits; we'd definitely return.

We had a great experience at Kim's home in Manzanita. My wife commented that it was exceptionally welcoming and had everything one would need. The space itself is incredible and is perfect for sitting by the fire, watching a movie, reading, or playing games at the table. It has everything you need in the kitchen to construct amazing meals and on that note, the kitchen is really great and set up most conveniently. Everything from the towels to the sheets were clean and we felt pampered being in the house. The outdoor spaces are awesome and offers a ton of different places to hang out, read, etc. The master suite is super cool too with its own private deck. The beach is close by and it took us about 20 minutes to walk to town via the surf. We highly recommend Kim's property and will be hopefully staying again in the not too distant future.

This property was one of my favorite vacation rentals ever. It has a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and little nooks to spread out in. It's just a quick 5 minute walk from the beach and in a sleepy part of town. We loved it! It was also perfect for our little dog. The owners have recently fenced in the backyard, so you don't have to worry about your furry friends. We will definitely return!

My wife and I, along with our dogs, have been coming to Manzanita for almost a decade; this has been our favorite rental we've experienced. While somewhat unassuming from the road, the interior is spacious and inviting. The main living area is an open floor plan, well-appointed with comfortable seating. There's a large converted gas fireplace that really adds to the coziness. The updated kitchen has a complete selection of plates, glassware, and utensils, along with small appliances. There are several skylights throughout that allow in plenty of natural light. The upstairs master has plenty of light with high ceilings and windows. The quality of the bed and mattress is always a point of concern for us. We tend to prefer a slightly firm mattress... sometimes other rentals will be overly soft, verging on "hammock-like" as you sink into them, but these were very comfortable. It should be noted that there's no shower or tub upstairs next to the master, only a vanity and toilet, but it wasn't an issue to use one of the two showers downstairs. It's immediately obvious that the owners take a lot of pride in the furnishings: chairs, end tables, lamps, etc. were all well-chosen. Our dogs enjoyed the eating and drinking bowls as well, and the backyard is fully fenced. Finally, we loved the holiday decorations the owners put up: a tree with lights and ornaments, a Christmas scene on the mantel and dining table. So beautiful! We will absolutely make it a point to return!

Manzanita Bliss is exactly as described. It is comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. It worked perfectly for our family’s Thanksgiving get-away.

Loved everything about this place. Great for us and very welcoming to our dear canine - really appreciated the fenced in back yard. We've visited many Manzanita rentals over the years. This is our new favorite. We'll be back!

Easy walk to beach and trails for hikes with our dog. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable too.

Five women were reunited after COVID and went to the beach. We stayed at Manzanita Bliss and it was perfectly set up for us. Everything we needed was there, and the space was well designed and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, everything worked, no complaints at all. Only praise, we will definitely come back!

This property was fabulous. A short walk to the beach. The house was fully equipped with just about anything you would want/need. Kim is a great hostess. We booked again for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is adorable and the set-up is great. We loved the upstairs room and deck -- and the detached "cabin office" was perfect for a beach office (and the wifi was great)). Everything was very clean and there it was totally stocked with everything! The owner also left a binder with all sorts of information. The area to park the cars in the front is adequate but a bit small (not a criticism, just a comment if you have bigger cars, etc.). There are two bathrooms with just toilets and another with a shower. We didn't use the outside shower because it was cold out, but what a great idea! We hope to stay again someday to get use out of all the fun extras that we didn't get to try this time around.

Loved this property! We have stayed at a few other properties in Manzanita before, but this was our favorite! We loved the kitchen and the open floor plan. Bathrooms were in great condition and there were plenty of towels. We can’t wait to book again!

Cozy and quiet beach stay on Oregon coast. The house is well stocked with books, puzzles, beach fare and lots of kitchen items. They even had a blender which was awesome for making my little one some baby food. Easy 5 min walk to beach access.

This property checked all our boxes, pet friendly, 10 mins to town and beach. Fully equipped for cooking. Beds very comfortable, quiet, fenced enclosed yard for your pooch. We couldn’t fault it for our needs. Kim was very responsive with any questions. We will go back!

We had some issues early, but they were resolved right away. Kim is a wonderful person to work with. We were immediately amazed when we walked in, the home was ready and cozy.

It was a beautiful place and the beach was nice to walk for miles. This house was set up very well equipped with just about anything needed for a great week at the beach or just lounging around.

Great place near the Oregon coast. Walkable to the beach and was a great place for me, husband, friend and dog to spend the Memorial Day weekend. Lots of room and great bed situation. House is filled with natural light. Located in nice quite area and surrounded by trees that give lots of privacy. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful location with all the amenities and a beautiful home. Would absolutely stay here anytime we come to Manzanita!

We absolutely loved this house! The lay out was perfect for our family! It’s about a 5-10 mins from the beach. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house with great natural light and an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did. We've stayed in many rentals over the years and this was an excellent one. Would definitely return. Minor things we can suggest for improvement are a newer lockbox, a couple of cabinet handles were missing screws, the dishwasher trays were missing some wheels, and several lightbulbs were burned out.

It was great.
