We had to move rooms twice become i ordered a King and they put us in a queen room twice! Also there mold in the vents in our room. I mentioned this twice and no one came to check despite saying they would. We also ended up with ants in our room....on the 35th floor. Again promises were made to check it and no one did anything. Staff was great overall. But didnt make up for it all. Also thry did comp one night but it was a drop in the bucket when we apent 3500. Stay in the nicer hotels. Theyre worth it. This place was not.

Great location to River Walk! We enjoyed our stay - the only thing we didn’t like was how certain elevators were designated for our floors and no buttons in elevators. It was confusing. But the hotel was over Al great beds and pillows very comfortable!

Great location. It has access to the Riverwalk where there are many restaurants to choose from. The hotel is bright, open, welcoming and clean. The outside looks quite dated whereas the inside looks modern. They must’ve done renovations recently. It looks great. The rooms are in great condition.

My experience at Marriot Rivercenter as a host hotel for the convention I attended was great. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. My room was exceptionally clean as I arrived. The proximity to the convention center and access to the San Antonio Riverwalk’s restaurants and attractions was an added bonus.

Check in process was terrible. No where to park or help with valet. Had to pay to park outside of hotel. When we checked in to the room we noticed a wet towel below the sink. There was a leak and instead of fixing it housekeeping just a towel under it and our feet/socks still got wet walking through the area.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was awesome. Very nice and the rooms are nice. But when we ordered from the restaurant, it took forever to get our food! We sat there about 15/20 minutes just waiting for a server to come even acknowledge us and take our drink order. When we finally got our food, one of the orders was wrong, we were missing an order. Again, it took forever for them to bring the correct order and bring the missing order. Server did not come around to see if everything was good or we needed something else.

This isn't the Hotel for the price.Moreover, the overt bigotry as the Korean lady asked me, "Did you see the price?". I worked with Race Relations in the Air Force and she did the stereotypical BS, and I ignored the madness . I actually flipped things around by finding common ground. The Hotel Older, dilapidated , mildew on AC Vents, blazing heat on the Elevators. The St Anthony, The Emily Morgan etc are nicer, especially for the price.

The property itself was fine. Looked modern and was very clean. The bed was beyond firm and not comfortable and the pillows were flat. The shower water pressure was minimal. The customer service was great but I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

My family and I came to San Antonio for a concert. We enjoy staying here because of the location which is close to a lot downtown. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it. Our view from the top floor was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly.

The safe in the room was not operable. The TV programs kept freezing up on all channels. Valet parking guys were excellent. Place just needs some routine maintenance
