The hotel is great everything was fine
Very convenient and clean
I’m disappointed with a person who checked us in - I gave my girlfriend my drivers license and a credit card to take care of the check in while I’m parking the car, this person would not have it (I understand due to security reason) but then he told us the breakfast was not included when in fact it was. It took me over 30 + minutes to contact Hotels.com and verify that the breakfast was included.
Everything was taken care of in the morning by another person without any issues

What just happened to this hotel ? It used to be better conditioned

Breakfast at $28 was expensive. The receptionist at the breakfast room entrance explained there was the choice of a breakfast buffet or cooked to order, either option was included in the $28 charge.. After being seated we decided on a cooked to order American breakfast. My wife went to the buffet and got a small bowl of fruit to start but when the server returned with her cooked breakfast she was very annoyed and told us we were not allowed to have anything from the buffet if we were having a cooked breakfast. I explained that the receptionist had told us this was ok but she wasn’t interested in my response. Some staff retraining would be beneficial.

Lobby is renovated however rooms are dated and old. Room cleaning is only offered every other day. Hot water in accessible room on main floor takes 8-10 mins to run before temperature gets hot. On the last day of my stay, it didn’t even get hot. Hotel management not accommodating to request for credit on checking out early due to bereavement stay.

I love this hotel was clean and gave a upscale vibe. Also great walking distance to great food spots. And the free airport transportation was the cherry on top!

The area was alright if you like quiet. However if you want to see more of the city this is not the hotel to be in. Also they never came and did room service for me. The whole four days I was there I was not asked if I need any new towels or if my stay is being taken cared of by house keeping. There’s no trash bags … the only thing good is the quietness. Also be fluent in language because the areas near by only speak Spanish…

Very nice hotel with breakfast included. We chose this hotel as our flight was cancelled and not flying till next evening. Ashley on reception checked us in and was the most helpful person you could wish for (Marriott you have a great employee) checking us in early and advising on meals in restaurant. Plus she could see we were a bit stressed out due to cancellation and gave us both some water to help with the heat. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is the biggest we’d seen arrive at Miami airport while waiting for it. Luggage goes in the back of it and there’s plenty of seating inside. Will definitely use Marriott hotels in future.

This was the perfect refuge from the Miami airport after getting stranded due to weather.

The stay was average. It was a one night stay for a next day cruise departure. The shuttle driver not very communicative regarding his stops on the property. Restaurants on site but average at best.
