Stayed here for one night. It was very quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff's exemplary service made our stay one of the most pleasant experiences away from home we have had in a long time. The Fairfield's attentive staff and extremely friendly atmosphere have impressed us and we intend to choose the El Segundo location again when we visit the LAX area.

I arrived to LAX early, able to find the shuttle stop easy and didn’t wait long before I was picked up. No call needed, they run every 20-30 min I believe.
Tania offered to store my luggage but by the time I was ready to leave my bags, a room was ready for early check in.
Breakfast was great - Buffet style with eggs, sausages and more.
Only stayed one night, caught the shuttle back to the airport the next morning with no issues.
Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Can't check in a second before 3pm so there's a line out the door when you can.
Front desk were very blunt but got better outside of peak times.
Parkings Is in a random unsecured lot around the corner and is $45 a night. Wouldn't let people out. Got stuck at the gate 3 days in a row because of this. Help button didn't work one day and had to walk back into the hotel to get out while.my family (todler) sat in the car for 20 mins.
1 Park out the front to unload bags/kids and it was full for 20 mins.
Place is a maze.
Half the dryers in the laundry are broken.
Maides were great and rooms were a good size and clean.
Service and brefast was also great.
I'd say I saw at least 50 flgiht staff a day come in and they all hang around in huge groups in the lobby at all times. Very vusy hotel but got proximity to the airport.

Great stay. I had an early flight out, so I just needed a place to sleep and the room was great for that. Ashley was very helpful when I was checking in and trying to figure out how to get something to drink to bring up to my room. I'd stay here again.

A pretty good stay, hampered by absolutely terrible wifi. I thought it may have just been me being in the west tower, but my friend on the opposite side of the complex had the same issue. It constantly dropped, I could barely answer emails. But it’s a great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are super nice. I’d stay again if the wifi got taken up a notch!

Check in was smooth and receptionist was very friendly. The room AC was very loud and the bed could’ve used an additional heavy blanket. The front desk person explained that the AC’s were all being upgraded. In the meantime, she couldn’t change my room as they were full but she gave me 10,000 points as a token of an apology.

The room had a terrible smell, like mold or vomit. I tried to contact the front desk to change rooms, but it was after midnight and nobody answered. They had an air filter in the room so the smell wasn't as bad when i slept, but it was noisy so i still couldn't sleep. Also, back sliding glass door would not work. I asked for a discount and hope it will be significant because I couldn't sleep because of the smell. It was better but still there the next morning.

Gal at check in gave limited information on the parking lot - how to enter or exit? Not that simple...
Worse yet when I left I could not exit - no one told me to keep my key for exiting.

Well, first off, our high floor quiet room had a broken motor AC so we had to walk all the way back down to the lobby to get another room key. Second room was not as nice as the first but okay. Breakfast was excellent. Real eggs! Unfortunately when taking the shuttle to the airport, the first couple leaving at Terminal 2 mistakenly took one of our bags. When we got off, I flipped. All my good clothes, jewelry, medicine, toiletry's and electronics etc etc were in there. Fortunately since we were forced to try to check in and leave anyway, TSA paged us to come to them. Evidently the other couple realized they took the wrong bag while going through. It was not the hotel shuttle drivers fault but be aware no matter where you stay, stuff like this can happen. Also, make sure that you not only have your name and address on the bag but your cell #. I spent part of the morning crying and shaking.

All of the staff were very courteous and professional. The room was clean and so were the grounds.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My biggest challenge was the lack of decent internet. As a USA non resident, I had limited cell data for my stay and I had to resort to using it more at this hotel than anywhere else we stayed while in the USA. The included breakfast was adequate. We picked this hotel because of the included shuttle to and from the airport and that service was good. Overall, service from the staff was excellent.

Second time using this hotel. Initially had a problem with the air conditioner. But the staff did a great job correcting the situation. This will definitely be our go to hotel for LAX.

I had booked Fairfield LAX, but hotel supervisor informed me that my room was exchanged sister’s hotel. I couldn’t accept it, so I asked him for cancellation, but there was no answer.
I didn’t stay, and still can’t contact with him about this matter.

Pros. Convenient to LAX. Airport shuttle efficient. Standard breakfast. Pool looked nice outside but didn’t use. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a hard time for the hotel to answer the phone to be picked up. I understand that they were busy with other guest trying to check in. Once they answered the phone and told them where we were according to the instructions received, had to wait for 30 to 45 minutes for the van to show up. Once at the hotel everything went smooth on check in.

Overall service was great. The people at the front desk weee very helpful. My daughter was injured and they helped, let us stay in the room passed check out because of the crazy.
The rooms and the hotel need a little face lift, though. Can definitely see the wear and tear.

Quick trip from airport using free shuttle, very friendly staff, places to eat within walking distance, we always felt safe, rooms were decent and it had free breakfast. I would stay here again.

Air conditioning was broken so we were sent to ALoft where their A/C was barely working, room was tiny, the water smelled awful and they were going to charge us an extra $20+ per person for their breakfast buffet (which looked awful).
