I travel around the world, visit 40 countries, and only here at the check-in moment do I not have any welcome drink. The breakfast was not included. They tried to force me to buy it upon arrival. In the room, there is only a kettle, no coffee machine. The complimentary coffee is powdered and has a really bad taste. The bath is really small, super small in size. I am 169 cm tall, and I don't fit all the way in.

Superb awesome location if you want to enjoy city life. Well isn’t that why you are travelling to HK. You have direct access to a shopping mall in case of rainy day, next to a 24/7 Don Don Donki which surprisingly busy after mid night and also next to another shopping mall, The One, where there are tons of restaurants and a theatre.
MTR is only few steps away and the best part is that there is a station next to the hotel for an airport bus A21 (no need to bring luggage’s up and down subway and no need for van service).

Convenient - right in the heart of TST area. Lots of shopping and eateries around. Japanese DonDonDonki supermarket right below hotel.
Only thing was the beds we got wasn’t exactly as we reserved them to be. Staff were attentive and polite. Nice stay.

I don’t like how the two twin beds are connected. I also don’t really like how the desk chairs are very heavy and hard to move. But, overall I enjoyed my stay at your hotel, the Mira Place. Thx for everything! 😂

However it’s a little distracting in the night with the sound movement of furniture above . ( I’m on the 17th floor and ballroom is on 18th).

The hotel is failing apart. Old, dirty, essentially in complete disrepair. Expedia should be ashamed in featuring this hotel. Next time, I will reconsider booking through Expedia and instead book with my choice of hotel brand directly.

The bathroom fittings are broken . The behaviour of the front desk is very poor . The staff clean the mugs and glasses in the room washroom without any soup and don’t change it . The toilet seat is local quality . The lifts are very noisy . The hotel is not maintaining the hotel in good conditions .

Room is spacious, with an oversized King bed with bathtub. Hotel has an indoor heated pool and gym. Great location which is within walking distance to TST MTR station, eateries and shopping malls. Donki next door operates 24/7 too.

the property is well positioned but very dark and oppressives, they decided to upgrade my room on arrival to a bigger bed despite being on my own and therefore I no longer had a room with a view that I had booked. the room was also a little dated and dark. I didnt feel relaxed in there.

I stayed at Mira for two nights. I love its convenient location and helpful staff. The short walking distance to MTR station is just plain awesome. They let me use the Spa's shower after my long flight but too early to check in. The bed was comfortable and the gym is adequate. Shower has multiple heads and good water pressure. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
