Personal at front desk was friendly. We had a little trouble trying to get fresh towels after the ball game but that all.

Strong odor in common areas. Might be the cleaning solution but not sure

Breakfast minimal

Rude staff. Dirty hotel. Dirty sheets. Very run down. Do not stay here. I got yelled at by a lady 2 times like I was a child for using the pool towels(ummmm isn't that what they are for). Air conditioning is super loud. Bugs. So bad. Stay away!!

The bathroom door would stick when closed and made a horrible sound when opened.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Hotel is dated. The breakfast was minimal. The juice machine was colored water for the most part. The coffee was decent. Overall, it worked for us and I would stay there again but bring my own breakfast.

I KILLED A ROACH IN MY ROOM!!!! THE ROOM WAS ALSO DIRTY!!! SO I HAD TO CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL!!!

They went in my room with the dnd sign on the door.. and said I was smoking and I don’t even smoke ‼️ then wouldn’t give me my $100 back sad because they wanted to keep my money

There were blood stains in the carpet and out comforter had a cigarette burn in it.

The staff was rude and I believe placed me in a basement (1st floor room) without towel racks because I expressed a valid concern about not being able to check in until 3pm but having to check out at 11am. They knew it was a major inconvenience to me and could have been accommodating (I would have even paid more) but they deliberately were being “nice nasty” and said nothing was available until 3pm. Honestly I think I was the wrong color.

Went in the bathroom and someone’s lashes were left on clean unused cups

Upon arrival, we were told our A/C was not working well and that we would be able to view the room before checking in. During the time we spent in the room viewing the A/C unit, we did not see an issue with the A/C. However, once we started to get settled in for the night, we noticed the room was not cleaned at all. Mattresses were soiled, handprints from previous guest still on the headboard, ice bucket and amongst other things, were very dirty. I completely understand you get what you pay for, but this hotel needs to do a complete 180.

When I checked in, the “keys” that I was given, did not work, so I had to go back to the counter and get new keys. I discovered that the door to my room would not lock and that anybody could walk by and just open it. The manager at the front desk seemed very reluctant to put me into another room. After a bit of back and forth, I did switch rooms. Unfortunately, there were many rowdy and loud guests staying there at the same time. So it was quite noisy. The room seem to be clean and after all, it was just a place to sleep and shower. The breakfast offerings were average. The only redeeming factor about this hotel was its proximity to the event that I was attending.

The room we were given had a tv in the bedroom and one out by the sofa. The one by the sofa was not working, we had no remote. This was told to the front desk, but no one came. The a\c was so loud that when it went on, you couldn’t hear the tv anyway. The coffee maker had mold growing in the water vessel. The breakfast was inedible.

Nothing no juice in Kicken folic didn’t works sink faucet came off tv didn’t work it was a bad hotels for me I will never stay at that hotel again they could have put us in nother room but they didn’t I called 3 different times about the TV they lied all three times and then they didn’t make the bed one time out of three days while we were there and when I complained all they could say to me was I’m sorry they should have rebures me some of my money back but they wouldn’t I ask nicely but they ignored me every time I asked no one should have to experience something like that when they visit a hotel not when they’re paying that kind of money I will never stay at that hotel again and thanks for nothing confront inn suite . The property was convinently located for a concert near the ballpark! The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Overall, it was a really good stay.

There was only a thin blanket and sheet for covers. The door handle to our room was broken. The curtain didn’t close so the street lights lit up the room all night. The bathroom fixtures were barely attached. The smoke detector had been removed. Wires were just hanging from the ceiling. The free breakfast was not good. The fruit was old. AAAAAnnnddd we saw a roach.

Poor management

I like that there was breakfast every morning, like the customer service was outstanding, and they were friendly.

Stayed with my kids. Upon arrival, whole floor smelled like weed, even seeping into our room. Turned on tv, discovered big line/crack down the middle. Then my son discovered stains on pillow, possibly blood. Specifically chose this hotel in the area for the indoor pool. Found out it was only 4 feet deep…but even that didn’t matter. The pool was closed upon arrival and both days we were there, only “repairing” and opening it after several inquires right before our departure, which was too late for my kids to utilize it. Spoke to desk on all issues. While they were fairly nice, there was zero compensation or attempt of resolve the issues.

Old property needs some updating Need heavy curtains that can be shut on bedroom window that can keep out the outside night lights

Front desk agent Mallon was very rude to me. I checked in with my four children which one was a two year old which does not count… we arrived after three to check in and as we were taking our bags to the room I also had my two nieces with me. We were only checking in to get everything out the car and was going to leave but as we were walking in with our bags Mr. Mallon tells me I cannot allow my two nieces to go to our room for anything because they cannot stay and it’s too many people. The conversation almost turned into an argument as Mr. Mallon would not let me get any words in and instead that my two nieces not stay. I informed Mr. Mallon once again that they were not going to stay that we were only checking in and taking the bags to the room. And I also asked him why are you attacking me like I’m a criminal or something? After walking away from Mr. Mallon and getting to the room we all felt so uncomfortable and I contacted the people I booked my room to and informed them of the issue and they allowed me to leave and cancel the room. When getting back to the desk to return the keys Mr. Mallon looked surprised that I was checking out and I also informed him that he was very wrong for attacking me and that I am going to make sure I contact corporate and report him. This was the first bad experience I have ever had and I will never stay at a comfort inn ever again.

Seem like a bad area

The room was filthy. Blood stains on a pillow. Someone killed a big roach on the wall and left it there. Housekeeping could of cleaned it.

A roach crawled across the desk while I was working. After killing the roach, it was still there the next day after the room was refreshed. The room itself was pretty shabby all around

They stuck us in the basement room with curtains that didn’t close all the way so that we stared at the light from the parking lot through a dirty window all night. The building just needs some work. Not a lot of interaction with the staff, but they were friendly enough.

There was mold in the shower, paint peeling, stains on the sheets, and there was a dog barking above us all night. The door to our room didn't lock, the pool was closed and the breakfast was mostly inedible. I get that it's not a 5 star hotel, but i feel like it could have at least been decent.
