Overall from the check in to the check out everything was more than perfect with the stay the customer service is the best I had! From the front desk clerk to the room service team exceptional customer service they always had a smile on there face with the best attitude you could tell people this workers love there job! the room was as described very clean room and restroom. Comfortable beds, room was quiet the breakfast was so so good the Nescafé coffee machine was like expresso quality omg the best !! All their food was so good quality!!! Don’t know who the manger or director of this hotel is, but you’re doing a great job ! I stayed for 5 days and when coming to Hanford will only be staying here..

I was charged by the hotel for a third night and an extended stay until 5 pm on the third night even though we checked out on Sunday as previously reserved. They said they refunded me but they have not.

Over all it was a good stay. There were some guests that caused a big dramatic scene involving the police. However, the staff member, Olivia, handled it well. She was friendly and caring and just overall a kind person with a friendly smile and calming composure. Our AC unit seemed to leak water but it was only a mild inconvenience. I just put a towel down.

This was our second stay at this property. It is clean and well maintained. There are 2 parking lots so we never had trouble finding a parking spot. It is quiet besides the train that goes by but ear plugs are supplied so that helps. The bathroom is spacious and the water gets really hot. The staff is super friendly. Everyone from the receptionist to the housekeeper to the maintenance worker says good morning. There is a good variety of breakfast foods.
There are only two areas of improvement that i would suggest. The bathroom gets steamy and would benefit by an exhaust fan. The mattress is not very comfortable at all! My husband and I both woke up achy as well as friends also staying there.
