The front desk person was so friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. As for the room, it was clean yet dirty, with a few bugs and an old hand towel stuck to the wall. the towels were not adequate for larger people, and the shower/tub was small. the walls were thin so we heard the other rooms tv vibrating the walls. but overall it was an ok experiance.

We arrived and someone else was in front of us. Then another lady behind the front desk also started talking talking to him. They laughed and chatted for a while. I waited and waited. Then we finally were able to speak to them and check in. She laughed at my name and was taking her sweet time. There were stairs- no elevators. The room smelled humid. No shampoo only conditioner and lotion. Will never stay there again.

Receptionist outstanding room conditions bear to poor. Outlets didn't work in the bedroom hair dryer game work. When we got there the room was hot as all get out 84°.

Overall, the staff was awesome, the hotel was one of the cleanest, and the beds were comfortable. When we come back to Alvin Tx. this is where we will stay. Thank you to the staff you did an amazing job!

The reason this review didn’t get 1 star, is because of how helpful and pleasant Brandi was during stay.
The reason it didn’t get 4-5 stars is due to guy at front desk that hung up on me after being rude throughout call and refusing to pursue a billing issue. This was after the the call the evening prior where the sweet senior lady was unaware on how to handle issue. A couple days after my stay, their bank still had a hold of ~85% of stay on my card after they had already charged me for full amount of stay. It took me opening claim disputing charge with my bank and going threw all of the hoops to get reversed/removed.
Also of note, the window had white calcium buildup preventing any kind of nice view.
Could use some work, but overall it was cool… aside from the fella that couldn’t be bothered and hung up on me.

Stayed for one night before our cruise out of Galveston. There was a problem with a leaky toilet. We moved to another room and the stay was very satisfactory. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet even as we had a room facing the highway. Good breakfast in the morning.

The hot tub was not hot and was not operational. The first morning there was no hot water and ended up with a cold shower. Hairdryer shot out sparks when i turned it on. Hotel let us borrow another room to use the hair dryer. Breakfast fairly good everyday. On last night i found parts of a bug in my bed but couldn't identify a type by the parts.
This was our second time here and likely wont be back.

From the start we knew we had picked the right place to stay! We were able to enjoy our great granddaughters 2nd birthday. Our next visit will be for our older great granddaughter’s birthday. If we stay in a hotel it will definitely be this one!

I asked for a hotel in Galveston and you gave me one in Alvin. When the comfirmation came it said Alvin and I called the hotel to cancel and I could not I tried to get in touch back with you and there was no phone number. Brandy and Anita aka I need a room are amazing and wonderful people. This was the reason we stayed there because of the guest reviews and so convenient to the port of Galveston. Brandy even makes awesome bacon for breakfast!

i had looked at reviews and "brandi" had been mentioned in alot of them. i had called to make sure the rooms didnt smell bad and were ready to-go because i wanted to make it special for my spouse. Brandi had delivered excellent customer service and went out of her way to make sure we had a nice stay. rooms were comfortable and had no smell. also breakfast was amazing too. Anita deserves a mention as well because she had opened up the pool for us.5 Stars - Damien
