It was a great room and setting, the colors were Key West, CLEAN, a ceiling fan and a full sitting balcony. A super helpful staff, nice bed & breakfast with outside tables and a small pool with jets:) the street parking was fine:)

We loved our stay here and regretted that it was for one night only. Very friendly staff, a cosy room and comfortable bed, nice shower, beautiful garden and nice breakfast- all you need! The location is in a very secure and peaceful neighbourhood and just one mile to walk to Duval Street. We had no problem finding a space for our car in the street. We would definitely book again.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Limited parking--only 2 lots on property. All others need to park on the street (somewhat limited).

Loved the Continental breakfast! The grounds were lovely, tiny pool slash whirlpool was perfect after a long day of walking. A few blocks off the crazy which made for quieter nights but also convenient for getting to new town. Would definitely stay again.
Would suggest the property add a full length mirror or a second mirror for the Library at least.

This place is a hidden gem!!! Staff was great, Room comfortable and quiet. We were still close to all the excitement of Duval Street and Beaches when we went out!!

Even though it was not the greatest weather we did our best to enjoy our trip.
We got late at night, we had flight delays but the hotel had a mailbox and we pick up an envelope with all the information and we were able to get in to our room.

I really enjoyed the originality,charm and quaintness of the property.My expectations were fully met. Shane was a treat and most helpful. My only issue was with the quality of the toilet tissue.No Bueno.

This is an old house converted into guest rooms. The room was small but adequate for our needs. The staff is about the nicest crew ive ever interacted with. When they heard we had an early morning boat trip to the Dry Tortufas, the hand delivered breakfast food to our room the night before. How thoughtful!

The property is in a good location & we liked that there was a bike rack and an outside water machine. Our room was tiny, in need of updates & it was hard to sleep with a light shining in through our glass door. Not worth the price, imo. Next time I visit Key West I will stay elsewhere.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Clean, spacious room. Continental breakfast provided. Pool and several outdoor sitting areas. Only room for improvement is I could hear fellow guests next door, maybe thicken the walls between adjoinable rooms.

Parking very limited but items and car was safe. Decent place in quiet area. Just what is needed for a good night sleep in a clean comfortable room. Air condition worked well and bed was very comfortable.

Property was in a nice neighbourhood. Old style property with lots of character. Check in was easy. Room was fine. Continental breakfast which you had to take outside or back to your room.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously and the staff were all very helpful and nice! We were able to ride our bikes to all of our activities, and the place was very charming. A few updates could be made, but for the price it was well worth it!
