My hotel room was clean and I liked the design. Staff was friendly and it’s located in a central area for touristic activities.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Chicago while staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We walked to rent bikes to ride along the bike path. We went out to eat, and watched the fireworks at Navy Pier. The hotel room had beautiful decor. All in all our stay was pleasant.

Newly renovated property. The beds were good, but not great. The breakfast was well stocked and easy to access. The parking was very expensive, but that is to be expected in the heart of downtown. We had easy walking access to shopping, restaurants, Navy pier, and public transportation.

Parking situation was not ideal for the cost, but otherwise I was incredibly happy with our stay here.

This was a great hotel experience. The staff were very friendly. I really like how breakfast was include in your stay for FREE. Also there is parking for $55 a day which isn’t that bad. They have great workers who park your cars for you 24/7 and bring to you when ever needed.

Friendly staff, pleasant interior, great place to stay with kids. Great place to walk all the way to downtown Chicago. This is a place I would love to visit again next time I visit.

I stayed at this hotel for three days and my experience was amazing. I was able to check in at noon, and the staff was very friendly and was always looking for ways to help me. The free breakfast was my favorite feature because in the other restaurants around the hotel you can easily spend more than 20 per person. The hotel is located very close to the city's main attractions, like the Navy Pier, the Bean, or the Chicago River Walk. Public transportation is everywhere and getting from the aiport takes about an hour. The personalized air conditioning was another great feature because Chicago gets very warm in the summer. Our room was cleaned every day, and the room was perfect.

Parking was very expensive at $55/day ($110 for our 2-day stay). Area was walkable to other sightseeing places. Dining in area was limited and more so because of the Fourth of July holiday. Not enough room for my family to be comfortable (3 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 7-year old). Rates were pricey considering what we got.

Very clean, lovely staff, the breakfast was hit or miss but since it’s free you can’t complain, the AC will either keep you freezing or keep you sweating there’s little in between, the sink was also clogged/draining slowly. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!

Self parking a block away unfortunately. No luggage carts available. Told it was a liability by the concierge person for guests to use the one he kept for himself. Sure. Convenient to walk to Magnificent mile and a lot of restaurants and bars in all price ranges and food types.

Quaint and clean. Walkable to Northwestern Memorial Hospital

I don’t like seeing spider webs in the room. The bathroom needs more light and could have been cleaner. The staff when I first got there at about 11 am was amazing ( the lady with the red hair).

I've stayed at this hotel many times and continue to choose it for the convenient location, the staff, and the safe surroundings. All the stays I've had have been great, however, this most recent room was not as awesome as the others in the past. It seemed quite a bit smaller and there was no side chair for relaxing.

Room as expected. Breakfast better than expected. Staff friendly & courteous.

Amazing location for the price! Look, if I decide to save some cash I expect the accommodations to not be 5 star. They weren’t and that’s ok, because this location delivered where it mattered most to us. Location, price, clean, plus a friendly and professional staff. Sure the room was dated, the TV remote was possessed and the USB ports on the desk were broken. Who cares?!? I came for the experience outside of the hotel room, not the nuances of the room itself. The breakfast was adequate for most, the scrambled eggs were forgettable, but there were plenty of other options to suit most peoples tastes. The coffee served there was better than most hotels I’ve experienced, even at higher price points. It’s no Starbucks, but heck there’s one of those on every single corner near the hotel, so no biggie there. Would certainly stay again, no doubt!

Great little hotel. For the price they give you a wonderful VIP experience. The hotel and area is very safe and walkable. There is a good breakfast included. Only issues are the very small gym and parking was expensive. But for the area, they give you a good price for the parking compared to other places close by.
