Cleanliness was exceptional. All the staff were very polite and always available to assist. The food in each of the restaurants was superb, especially The Ezra fine dining experience. The only negative is that some of the younger front line staff were less knowledgable than the more experienced staff.

This hotel was amazing. So clean and pretty. Staff was amazing. Treated us like royalty. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel, great staff - would definitely go back.

Hotel itself is beautiful but we were two friends staying in a twin room and the beds were absolutely tiny (<80cm wide). we were constantly afraid that we would fall off. I would expect better for a 5 star hotel to have been better equipped. Also as a gold member, i thought i would get an upgrade based on availability which there was but unfortunately i did not.

We stayed at Amarande Hotel for a week. We absolutely loved it. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet had many great options including vegetarian, gluten and lactose free. We enjoyed a few delicious lunches and cocktails at the pool restaurant. There were daily yoga, pilates or HIIT classes that we would highly recommend. We also spent a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon at the spa. If we come back to Cyprus, we will definitely be staying at Amarande Hotel. Thank you very much for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable!

Really nice hotel. Most of the staff is really amazing and the facilities fantastic. Food is really great and with a great variety every evening. Lunch menu is a bit boring and could use a daily variety. Nice quiet hotel and great for relaxation.

Fantastic and modern. Clean, adults only and simply classy decor. The receptionists and bell man were very helpful. Beautiful hotel and a great location. ( 20 minute walk to Lovers Beach ) If I had 1 critique it was this: on our first day we ordered lunch at the pool restaurant. My wife ordered a salad and many of the leaves were rust colored. The server tried to explain that there was nothing wrong with it and all lettuce leaves are like that. Hmmm don’t think so. The lettuce at breakfast bar was perfect - for example. This turned her off from eating there again. That’s a lesson: if your customer is paying for a five star hotel then act like it. Not trying to be snarky or condescending but are you really arguing over the salad leaves and wanting to lose a five star rating cause one waitress wants to fight for her crappy wilted lettuce???? The rest of the staff was 120% professional and courteous and it made up for her. If you want it all Amarande really has it.

Nice hotel but the pool and pool towel scenario is a bit of a faff! Have to go to the gift shop everyday with your card and drop them back there to get it back - and repeat! Would be a lot easier to have them by the pool

Absolutely fantastic! I first stayed here when it opened in 2021 and it has improved vastly. The service is above and beyond! It really warrants a 5 star rating. Nothing is too much and it is always with a smile and extreme politeness. I will be returning mainly thanks to that. The cocktails are affordable and excellent quality which is not always the case in Ayia Napa. The room boasted a waterfall shower and smart connectivity where you can even download an app to ask housekeeping to clean your room. Comfortable and quiet as it is adults only and seems to take this seriously. Our room was not sea facing and faces another hotel but it didn't detract from the stay at all. I sincerely hope that this hotel keeps up their standards because as a Cypriot myself, it is extremely difficult to find such quality in the Ayia Napa area. Thank you again for everything and your true Cypriot hospitality. See you next year!

The hotel is new and clean; convenient location. Elevators are a bit slow. Great stay though, great pool... would be back!

Nice hotel. One of the nicest ones in the area in my opinion. Staff was nice and friendly. If you want extra drinks like water bottles and soda it’s cheaper to just get them from outside the hotel. Taxi to go around the local area (5min-20min) it’s usually 10-12 euro but anywhere else farther is probably more. We just walked for the most part. City area is nice and lively. Food in hotel was honestly just ok for the most part. Some food items were good some were eh. But overall liked the hotel. Kid free so it’s nice and quiet.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here after getting married in Paphos the week before. On arrival, we were greeted with a surprise bottle of champagne on ice with a handwritten congratulations card waiting in our room. The rest of our stay was super comfortable, the facilities and decor well deserving of the 5-star status. Highlight was the staff who really couldn't do enough - dedicated professionals, jovial at every interaction. We loved that there was always a different floral fresh ambience throughout the hotel. Needless to say, WELL DONE Amarande, and Thank you. We immediately booked next year's holiday at your hotel on April 24th - It cant come soon enough :-)

Everything was wonderful, breakfast and dinner excellent, huge variety and very unique. Spa experience, massage was wonderful. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean which is so important, beautiful views from sea view room. Very relaxing stay, great for couples 😊 would love to go back
