It was so quiet and comfortable

Very out of the way run from parking lot. long walk. No hot water in room. complained to front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it since we booked through a third party. maintenence person not on duty so couldn't be fixed until after we left.

Expedia reserved 2 standard rooms for me for 2 adults for a one night stay when apparently only one was available. The desk clerks cheerily provided an apartment suite as my second room at the standard room rate. The manager said she would take the matter up with Expedia. An example of excellent customer service. Everything else about our stay was fine.

Decent hotel to stay at if passing through for the night. Area felt safe, room was clean. The room I stayed in, the carpet felt a bit damp and sticky. Really didn’t want to walk barefoot on the floor at all. Mostly a good stay. Bed was comfortable and clean.

This hotel was exactly what we needed!! We were traveling with our travel trailer to Wyoming when we broke an axle. We had to return to Kansas without our trailer and with our 2 dogs.
It was, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We will rebook when we head back to Wyoming for our trailer this fall.

The hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was older and the mattress was very uncomfortable and lumpy. However, it was clean.

This is a fantastic property. It's well cared for and the staff is outstanding. I travel every week for work, and sadly have run into some very poor properties. This one was such a relief after a long day.

I’ve never stayed at a best Western plus, but was very pleased by our stay. A special shout out to Adam, who helped us out when My husband spilled his coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

It was fine other than the garbage cans were overflowing. And I mean garbage all over the ground. It was disgusting.

Excellent room! It was huge, so my kids could run around and there was space for all five of us. The carpet was such nice quality, padded and very comfy. Great big bathroom!

This Hotel was a wonderful stay. On our 13 day travel this was one of the bast hotels we stayed in. Clean, good breakfast, polite staff and room was great. Would recommend or if in the area would stay here again.

Needed a place to stay for 2 days while we were racing motocross. price was good. only complaint I had was with the breakfast. It was alright but not alot of selection. besides that rooms were clean and a/c worked great.

comfortable and quiet, easy tv with options for viewing easy to use - the only negative, because it came after a long day of driving, the gps sent us in the opposite direction so we called and got guided in by kind and professional staff

Was cozy, clean and a great place to rest after a long drive. Was traveling with my dog and they don't charge an exorbitant fee which is nice! All of the staff I interacted were very genuine personable. They had a nice little gym and a great breakfast in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again!
