TV didn’t work properly

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Did not get any sleep while I was there. Very unsatisfied. Other then the bed the place was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

My door key went dead and maintenance had to come n open the door. We could not switch rooms due to none available. I’m just glad it was the last night. The staff was nice.

The hotel room doesn’t look clean maybe because our room was old and the bathtub has stains for the hard water. Mirror in the bathroom wasn’t clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. 😀 Breakfast isn’t included you have to pay separately. Around the hotel has restaurants and stores.

Hotel is extremely nice just a little outdated because it is an older property. Indoor pool isn't deep either. Breakfast buffet but it is not free.

The place was amazing, perfect for an overnight . A restaurant in the hotel and gym etc The only thing I was upset about was I thought there was a free breakfast buffet but I was told it was $14.95 !! I would recommend this hotel, everything else outweigh the breakfast

Booked through expedia with breakfast included. Arrive at breakfast buffet in the morning, had two plates served with food only to be told my stay didn’t include breakfast. Showed girl at front desk my itinerary, an email from Hilton listing “breakfast buffet” under my included amenities but was told to call Expedia. Called Expedia and confirmed with them I had breakfast included. Front desk still wouldn’t honor it. Two full plates of food thrown out and gone to waste because the girl at the front wanted to be rude and difficult. Her name was Nikki. Terrible experience and false advertising.

I booked this room through Expedia. Expedia booked wrong night. I paid Expedia. The hotel said they needed confirmation from Expedia. An employee called the hotel to clarify the problem. I was told it was remedied. When I checked my credit card days later, they had charged me at the hotel as well as the amount I paid Expedia! Avoid this hotel they did not communicate accurately!

Great overnight stay.

Our room was very clean but some “common areas” needed a better cleaning. For example the elevator walls that are stainless steel were very dirty looking. Some glass decorations in lobby were “cloudy” and just needed some windex to sparkle.

We had our 20th High School reunion in the Grand ballroom. The food was amazing as well as the setup, all done by Hilton. Great event and great location

Space and kindness

Long day of travel ended with a large room with comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows and towels. We will stay here on our trip back South.

Was pleasantly surprised to find a nice dining facility on site, with very decent food options even later in the evening. Staff was so accommodating. Very comfortable stay.
