The apartment is spacious and nicely decorating. I loved the view from the balcony. The refrigerator is old and rusty, it needs to be replaced a new one. Other than that, it's pretty nice.

Love Saigon Domaine. after staying here we went to Park Royal Hotel which is probably one of the nicest hotels in Saigon. We ended up coming back to Saigon Domaine as it was much more comfortable and relaxed. much bigger rooms and on the river.

Large apartment with beautiful view. The building is a few years but was kept clean. It's a bit outside the city and there is not too much to do in the area, but there is a boat and minibus that takes you downtown. Would have been nice with some more sun chairs in the pool area.

Nice large rooms. Great that you can get free shuttle buses and/ or a speedboat into town. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Needs a bit of upgrading,, getting a bit dated and worn.

A great location overlooking the river and the city - a little out of zone 1 but for us that was a bonus getting away from it all. The complimentary speed boat shuttle into the city (20 mins) certainly makes up for it. The biggest apartment hotel suite by far we have ever stayed at - we had the 3 bed apartment equipped with a washing machine. Staff were simply brilliant - English speaking - the reception staff were particularly helpful. Breakfast was served on a floating pontoon, the selection and variety was good to suite all tastes. According to our children - the best breakfast in Vietnam. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and the food was excellent and relatively good value considering your in a hotel... We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to book another 2 nights later in our trip. For the price, excellent value for money and a great option for families.

Front desk was very helpful, she explained their transportation services and helpful hints around the city. Views from the hotel are amazing. The pools were fun. A shallow one for our toddler, and a deeper one for the older kids. The playroom was helpful. A room where the kids could yell and throw toys for an hour. The breakfast was okay, similar to a three star. The fruits were really sweet. We had a nice and relaxing time here. No issues.

Unfortunately, hotel boat is not available. But they support the transport to nearest waterbus station.
For the staff, some of them are friendly, but not all of them are nice. It's still acceptable because they can speak English so far.

3 Night stay. Hotel out from main district 1 but hotel has free shuttle boat out 3 times a day. Very big apartment ,but in need of some updating. Staff and cleaners very polite. Breakfast good enough slightly limited choice. Pool and area around needs attention. Very moldy dirty tiles in pool.

Biggest room I’ve ever seen! Got upgraded to a 3-bedroom suite. Plenty of space and loved the views from the balcony. Could do without the karaoke shop next door. Gets very loud at night. My daughter loved the shuttle boat ride into Ho Chi Minh! Pool was big but a bit on the dirty side. Wonderful breakfast with eggs and pho made to order.

Beautiful updated apartments in a peaceful area. Breakfast was amazing!! I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. Friendly service and very helpful! It’s a distance from the city but that’s ok, I’d definitely stay here again!

It was amazing, we had everything we needed and the staff were always very helpful especially as we were travelling with an 11 month old infant. The only problem was the language barrier but we managed.

The team at Saigon Domaine Luxury Residences were outstanding! They had upgraded us to a 3 bedroom apartment upon check in. The beautiful lady that checked us in gave us a few very useful pointers (eg. hotel provides free shuttle boat/bus, advised to take a particular brand of taxis [ie. Vinasun] so we don't get ripped off etc) Breakfast was outdoors on the riverside with a soup, egg and banh mi station for the chef to readily make your order, YUM!! The staff were all very kind. Our flight was originally scheduled for 10:30pm and I had paid extra for late check out. However, our flight was delayed until 1:30am yikes! Staff kindly allowed us to stay until 9:45pm and had arranged a taxi for us. Thank you for your very warm hospitality, it was greatly appreciated :)

Our stay at Saigon Domaine Luxury Residences was short (1 night) but was incredible. The place itself was amazing...large, spacious with two bedrooms, a big kitchen, balcony and spectacular views of Ho Chi Minh City. Although it was outside the city, for us, that actually made it a bit better, where the craziness of city life can be a bit much. Everything about our stay was awesome...from the staff at reception, to the hotel staff, the hotel amenities, etc.In fact, the fact that the location was outside the city was one of the best parts, because being there placed us around more locals and exposed us to more authentic Vietnamese food and services that typically cater most to local citizens. Fantastic experience!ZERO complaints...only a raving review...5 stars all the way!

In theory we wanted to be in a luxury hotel away from the craziness of HCMC.
In reality the property is isolated - literally nowhere to go outside to eat, and has a neglected air and ambience.
Our apartment on the surface was great - but the reality was that maintenance was lacking - eg blinds that didn't roll, sliding doirs to the deck that didn't quite close and didn't lock, the washing machine just didn't work, the movies weren't available (something else broken down), the "library" actually had no books...
Breakfast was tasty but choices limited. Worst coffee yet in Vietnam - and nowhere within 5k and an expensive taxi ride to get anything other than crazily expensive hotel food...
Staff had a resigned air - no offers of recommendations or local insights.
Just really disappointing.

Great apartments for a family, loads of space. We were very kindly upgraded to a 3 bedroom.
Food was okay but not fantastic. It is quite far out of the city but it is so easy just to taxi in and nicer being in a bit quieter place and is a beautiful outlook over the Saigon river. A little store and restaurant just down the road which was great.

Very beautiful hotel. The only disappointing part was that our room wasn't ready when we arrived and each time we asked if we could store our luggage so we could go on our prearranged tour, we were told the room would be ready in 10 minutes, which was NOT the case. We finally convenced the staff to hold our bags so we could depart.

A little way out from Ho Chi Minh -( 15 mins in taxi or free shuttle)- away from the chaos- but well worth it! The apartment was absolutely luxurious! Staff very friendly and helpful- would definitely recommend staying here!
