Very nice place and. Nice area around hotel

The room is comfy and clean. There were lots of towels and the ac fuctioned well. There are several eating establishments and gas stations within walking distance. The breakfst area is small, but offered omlet, sausage, cereal, yogurt, juices, and coffee.

Perfect for our baseball weekend. Clean rooms. Multiple breakfast options. They let us have pizza in the lobby after our late game. Staff very friendly.

I think the Microtel is a great, affordable concept. My experience with them, as with this one, has alway been that they are friendly, clean and comfortable. I would suggest however that they provide lower loft pillows. Otherwise, a very good stay.

Front desk was professional and friendly, very helpful. Room was immaculate!

The bed is as hard as a concrete slab. Offered to switch rooms with the same bed. Then asked if I wanted a receipt. No offer for a refund and didn’t ask for one. I stayed 2 hours and left for a $93 stay. This place needs to be your last resort after sleeping in your vehicle.

Quiet stop off. Plenty of options for dining in the same parking lot. Only one establishment was open late if you will be coming in at night.

Good hotel our lady that checked us in went above and beyond in customer service. The room was a little small everything was okay and but the TV had some problems with the satellite but they were very accommodating and the top lock on the door was broken. We'd stay there again.

Super small rooms, odd placement of TV high on top of a closet, lighting was all bright blue/green LED-not a great color. But for a quick overnight stop it’s fine for the price. Good coffee place up the street in a new strip mall.

Friendly helpful staff. Quick check in. Room was nice enough. Did find two hairs when i pulled down the sheet but other than that it seemed well kept.

Everything was great fir the most part. Check in was great. We got to our room and ut was very clean exceot there were these stink bugs all over the window. Too numerous to count. We went down to the front desk and the very friendly lady happily switched our room. The bugs arent due to unclean rooms, we have these bugs at home too but we didnt feel like sleeping with them. Our next room was perfect!

We reserved 3 rooms, for my family to meet half way between CT and TN. We had recently suffered a loss in our family and were still grieving. We went out to dinner & returned @ 8pm & sat outside at a dirty table and chairs on the side of the building. When we finally went to our rooms, 1 single and 2 a joining @ 8:30 pm we were not in the room 10 minutes when the front desk called to say that we needed to be quiet they were getting complaints. Ridiculous, I was appalled and angry since we spent the better part of our time there killing stink bugs in our room. None of us slept, so at 2:45 am we left!! We will never stay there again and would not recommend. My husband and I are 68 years old, we were with my grown children and 3 of my grandchildren. I am appalled and since when are you not allowed to talk or simply walk in a hotel room, which was all that we were doing. The TV wasnt even on. Horrible

Facility was exceptionally clean, and the included breakfast was outstanding!

The property seemed rundown and not kept up. The hotel was noisy after hours with having unruly and disrespectful kids running up and down the hallways after hours screaming, slamming doors, being a retired citizen, that is unacceptable, but make# me wonder where the parents are at. Also we went down to breakfast, no place to sit down as there was no dining area, people were spewed out into the lobby, pretty sad as we couldn’t even get breakfast.

Overall a fine hotel and staff helpful and friendly. Very quiet at night which we really appreciate. The downside for us was no microwave, refrigerator or coffeee maker in the room. No way to refrigerate leftovers from a dinner meal or any cool items that we brought. Had to get dressed in order to go down to lobby to get coffee. We would fix a cup of coffee the evening before, but no way to heat it in the morning.
