The room stank so bad. I complained after check in and he just came and spayed it. I told them he smell was so bad it was giving me a headache. They assured me that it would be fine on my return from evening engineer. When I got back the smell was horrific and I complained again. I was offered a room change at 1.30am. I had to get up for 6am for my flight. Total nightmare!

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at Raddison blue. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The checkin and checkout was very easy. The Airport transport was comfortable.

The hotel is located close to the airport. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service if included in the package. The staff and service is bar none.

We made two international phone calls to try to arrange for an airport pick-up. One time a person answered, but then we were cut off. The next time, the phone rang and nobody answered. We sent an email, and the reply asked for information that was already sent in our request, as if they didn't fully read our email.
Check in time on the hotel website indicates midnight, however, we learned that clients can check in after midnight. It would be a good idea to change the website to check-in: any time after (give the hour). Or, to give an email address to arrange for late check-ins.
As an airport hotel, clients cannot control the time of arrival of their flights. Expressing flexibility on the webpage and in the email confirmation of reservation would be very helpful.

The stay was very good, though we stayed for only one night. The food in the restaurant was amazing, we had both the dinner and the breakfast. Definetly, will stay longer next time. It was smooth check-in and check-out by Mr.Roshan and nice chatting with him.

A great hotel close to airport. They have maxing breakfast menu, if you are there book with breakfast. The options are diverse from North Indian, South Indian to continental cuisine. Every item was prepared with hygiene and care. The food tastes great and satisfy any palate. Just right for a stay after long flight with right balance of spices. The hotel ambience and staff is amazing. The room we got was huge and spacious with all the amenities. Staff was very polite and courteous. No retreats staying here. Will book this hotel only when I visit New Delhi.

The hotel staff was exemplary! We arrived at the hotel at 1AM but received nothing less than excellent service. The food at the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! The Thai restaurant was also delicious! The happy hour was a nice treat and the spa services were top notch! The rooms were perfect and we couldn't have been happier! Thank you for the great service starting with the shuttle drivers, reception, restaurant service, spa therapists, and room service! We will definitely be staying here again!

I got my room and i put all my luggage inside my room after that i went for dinner. When i came back i found that they allocated my room to someone else and my luggage was inside that room. It’s not safe.

Close to the highway , nice property. Friendly people , good facilities. We were going to Agra so it was perfect as it’s already on the outskirts

It was non smoking room but a guest must have smoke ked there before. The staff was very courteous and changed my room but did cause lot of inconvenience as due to delay in flight, I reached the hotel at 3 am and wanted to go to bed. It helped that the staff was courteous.
