Great place to stay with my family check in was fast smooth and very professional quality of the room (2queen bed with sofa) excellent I recommend staying there 5 🌟

Front desk was pleasant. Got to our room and it was musty smelling.
We picked the hotel close walking distance to a trump rally. Unfortunately because we we're in a rush. I didn't pay attention to the smells.
Arrived back to the room 5 hrs later. Omg.
Smelled like a dog kennel. Horrible urine smell. At 11:30 pm i went back to the front desk for help. 5 stars for the gal who helped us get a better room. Im so sorry for forgetting her name it was October 31st night shift. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately. The hotel is running down. Halfway carpets are torn and dirty. This is not a 9.0 hotel. Sorry.
The breakfast good. Working staff and maids are worthy of a 5 star. Really friendly.

The staff are exceptional!! I stay here because they are so nice and accommodating. Our door lock kept losing battery power so our key card wouldn't work. That was a bit troublesome with a toddler and tiredness.

Great place! Very clean and great price for what you're getting. Only issue was the $5 a night parking fee which wasn't stated anywhere on the website or during check in. I thought they were charging my card for a deposit, but it was for the parking fee. I don't mind paying it but better communication would have been nice. Otherwise it was great

Helpful Staff, Convenient Location, Good Amenities, but Shower in the Room and sink drain was way below standard. Breakfast is free but there is not enough sitting and it gets crowded. I

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It could use some updating. The shower head did not work well and the bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. Also, the TV didnt turn off all the way, so there was a white glow from it all night, which was annoying. The breakfast was great with a lot of different choices. Also, they charge $5.00 for parking which I wasn't aware of until we arrived.

Great service and great rooms. Only complaint was a white stain on the sofa bed and not so good of a view but other than that everything else was clean and great.

It is close to Westgate Entertainment Center with its many restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the outdated bathroom. We stayed at SpringHill in Nashville and room had same furniture but a very nice, modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Bathroom could also have some additional hooks to hang swimsuits and towels.
