Rooms - bit dated & mattress wasn’t comfortable. Looks like for one adult, even if you book a double, you get room with 2 single beds joined together.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! They were so accommodating. The room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was located in a great spot, with lots of dining options around. I would certainly recommend this beautiful place.

Super location. The breakfast was served on an elegant table setting. The gentleman who served breakfast was very professional and friendly. All of the staff were very helpful. Great bed and shower. The only improvement that would nice would be to replace the aging carpet in the room with a hard surface floor. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, safe, in the middle of the historic center and because of that it is the very best location. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever met anywhere. They are willing to help and accommodate you always with a genuine smile on their faces. For sure, if I return to Guimaraes, I will stay right there again!

The parking is limited but the staff offers valet service to accommodate their guests which was greatly appreciated.

Loved that it was in an old part of town, close to everything on foot, on street parking reserved for hotel guests was very helpful, the bridge over old street to living areas and musical school adjacent were fun.

This hotel was modernly renovated and very spacious. Excellent facilities, hotel carparking, fantastic location in old town close to restrauants and historical sites. We did not choose to have the hotel breakfast, so cannot comment.Staff very friendly and helpful

Difficult to find by car and difficult to park. But once there everything was perfect.
