My stay in Cairo was fantastic. I enjoyed every bit of it. Radisson Hotel was an awesome home for me and my colleagues. I loved the strategic location, the hospitality of the staff and the accesability to the fun places. I will definitely be back.

I booked the luxury twin bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. And I should have VI0 access. When I checked in 2am, they said they cannot assign the type of room I booked. Only 1 King bed which how can serve 4 people. After we complaint, finally give us suite room with sofa bed & queen bed.

It was okay hotel until the last day.
There was a water problem, couldn't take a shower, not enough water in toilets, or even wash hand properly since only very hot water works. No cold water at all.
I've been told it's going to be solved shortly but no result. Eventually shift manager said he send a plumber and solve it but no one came. Called reception afterwards, they said plumber on the way. So they keep postponing and no problem solving. No one showed up or problem not solved. Very disappointed about their approach to problem, not going to stay again.

Very friendly and service minded staff. The room was in need of some repairs but it was clean and comfortable. Amazing outdoor area and pool. Happy to stay here!

It was not bad but it was also not so good. the A/C and the fridge in the room were loud. The conierge service was terrible, asking me to pick up my deliveries and not allowing my Uber driver in the hotel driveway. The airport limosine service is way over-priced for a very short distance. On a positive note, receptionists were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

I booked this hotel thinking i was looking at a gorgeous 5 star hotel near cairo airport. The entrance lobby is nice but as soon as we got our room we noticed the disappointment; no maintenance in the room, dirty carpet, broken standup light, shower leaking water, dirty damaged tub, no pressure in the shower head.. i do not feel that this is a 5star hotel. I would give it a max 3 star. The bed was so uncomfortable felt like i slept on springs

Service was great as expected in a 5 star hotel of this standard. However this particular hotel was slightly dated and rooms we were given were quite dilapidated. Covered with all the usual furnishings you expect but rooms especially the bathroom need modernising. There was some areas boarded off which looks like the hotel may be in the process of upgrading the rooms.

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel, (I travel for work) and the service here is fantastic.
The staff are super helpful, the location feels safe to me and I often go out for takeaway nearby. I'll single out Khaled and Dina from the restaurant for making my stay a pleasure.
I did have an issue with a cold shower on my final night, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cairo!

I got a stomach bug after staying at the Radisson so not great.

Great location for the night before an early flight. 99 Egyptian pounds (£1.60) in an Uber to the Airport. Hotel was great, massive room and comfy bed. Nice pool, spa and massage facilities. Only downside is that smoking was allowed in the Bar area and Italian restaurant.

Very large room, was pleasant and more than satisfactory, but if this gs were to be improved upon these would be my suggestions: Fittings in room were tired, drawers didn't fit properly, bath had been repaired but looked messy and curtains were falling off their railings. Air from air conditioning had an odour.

Just a one night stay for transiting
Couldn’t get into the first room allocated due to the security bolt being on … staff tried to get us in but then decided they needed to call an engineer ton fix it and asked us to wait. We went to concierge who immediately gave us another room we could get into.
Restaurant was great and service was good.
As wirh most hotels in Egypt they are a bit tired and dated but still very comfortable.

Check in was fantastic, the young lady who helped us was quick professional and very knowledgeable about the hotel and the services that we could access. She made the whole experience one of our best.

Professional, accommodating, understanding, and incredible staff; the front desk, dining staff-cooks, great food, parking staff, and cleaning staff. My stay was very enjoyable for what I needed to do on my vacation to this part of the world for my first time. I would definitely stay here on any future trip to Cairo. My stay was so enjoyable, I decided to extend it one more day. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern looking. I recommend this hotel for any traveler because of its location and staff. Will definitely rebook again.
