First of all, when we first went to the bathroom there were silverfish which is super disgusting and we got worried about our luggage being infected. Second of all the pillows were impossible to sleep on because of their big size and hardness. When I asked the receptionist for other pillows he said that they don't have any other options. He was kind to propose the lobby pillows... and then he asked me if I was the one who called about the blood on the pillows. Which I wasn't but that confirmed that the hotel had low standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Definitely not coming back here.

Pretty run down basic accommodation. Very dirty carpets. Telephone in room didn’t work. Air conditioning didn’t work. Would stay again

The fridge was out of order and no ice was available. Staff at the front desk was not extremely helpful when we pointed this out. They were not very customer oriented unfortunately.

Perfect location, super safe area, 5 min walk to tram stops that will take you to all the main areas of Prague. Room was also nice for the price paid and staff were helpful on check in.

Easy access and walkable to most areas of New Town and Old Town/ Central Prague. Uber (Bolt) was only $5 to Old Town Square. Quaint coffee shop nearby.

Very uncomfortable pillows. We had 2 very terrible nights sleep. Clean. Hotel is a 20 minute walk from the old town. We had the bottom floor - bar was very noisy! We booked the airport transfer - clarified 3 times that the taxi would accept card twice from the reception & once from the driver before getting in the taxi to arrive at the airport and the driver would not accept card - she became very rude. The price mentioned was also 15euro MORE than the advertised cost at the hotel!!!! Personally I’d stay elsewhere again for the price of this hotel.

Great 4* hotel, perfect for a break in Prague. 5 min walk to the tram into the old town, or a 20 minute walk. We had a lovely room and a great experience. The reception team organised both of our airport transfers, and both went smoothly. Highly recommend this hotel.

horrible didnt give deposit back big sad face! would not recommend to a friend, didn’t even clean our rooms very well but I just put up with it as didn’t want to annoy the staff.

Super nice staff at reception and bar. Also they let you sleep in and don’t make a lot of noise in the hallway in the morning. Cute room. Loved the bathtub.

Preety good price/quality ratio. Location is not the best, but you can easily use public transport to get to the city center. Very good breakfast, with a nice choice of fresh food. Room would need some refreshment and maintenance, but generally speaking it was OK.

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet Street just across the river from the famous Old Town. Start the day with a wonderful breakfast (to suit every possible taste. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bedroom spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Good wi fi reception in all areas. Strongly recommended

Nice hotel in quiet but useful location. Staff friendly and positive speaking at least 3 languages that i could identify. Really helpful people. Air con not very cold but room was nice size, bed comfy and shower clean and warm. Breakfast was very good but could have benefited from white bread also.

The guys at the front desk were very nice. Check in time is 3pm but our flight was in the morning and we arrived before noon and these guys let us leave the car

Stayed here for a three nights. The hotel is decent, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean though. Breakfast was a bit basic for me, wherever that’s the hotel or just how it is here I’m not sure. There is no restaurant here to have lunch and dinner but there plenty of places nearby.
The location for me however was great, short walk to Prague Castle and Petrin Gardens and a twenty minute or so walk to Charles Bridge and the Old Town. It was quiet at night where I was as well, some may want to stay in the thick of things near the old town square anyway but for me this was ideal.

Superb hotel, in my opinion it is the best hotel in Prague. The staff are super friendly and welcoming.
Check-in was fast despite it approaching midnight at the time. The lobby and bar area is kept super clean and warm, exactly what you need coming in from the cold.
The room i was in was on the top floor with a sky light which i loved and lots of space, with a work/desk area and a good sized bathroom.
Decorated to a very high standard - making a super relaxed environment.
The bed was super comfy, fell asleep in minutes.
As a huge added bonus they held my bags on the last day
Will absolutely be staying again in the future.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and friendly reception. Also good location on the edge of a large park, with excellent public transport system providing quick links to central Prague and other areas of Prague.

The check-in was very easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location in the Mala Strana area was convenient, especially to the Castle and also to the Old Town via Tram. Although the Hotel is on a busy street, the noise where our room was was minimal. The breakfast was great!

It was an ideal location for us as our daughter lived close by. Staff and service was good, the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom.
