Room was clean no issues with that. Disappointing was the WiFi (not secure and very slow). In this world we live in secure WiFi is a must.
Also disappointing was that there was no access to purchase needed items ie: Toothpaste etc. Also nice to have atleast a small store to purchase snacks or wine/beer.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms could use a little refresh but they were large. Not much of a selection for the free breakfast. Indoor pool was very small and we had to get an employee to unlock the door and go to the front desk for towels.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, was bummed there wasn’t an in room safe and had to ask for a DnD sign but it was a decent value hotel. Area is getting a little rougher but that’s not on the hotel. Just be smart and don’t leave valuables in your vehicle.

I had an uneventful stay In this quiet, suburban hotel. Easy freeway access (60 and 215) and lots basic shopping nearby. The security badge system apparently goes on hyper alert midnight through 1:00 a.m., so consider checking out outside of that window and also consider being in your room before midnight because your badge may not work and you have to get the overnight desk attendant to assist. Just an inconvenience. 24/7 laundry much appreciated. Basic breakfast is sufficient fuel for the day. Mostly clean except for one corner of the back lot. Room itself was perfectly fine. I did not use the tiny indoor pool.

Great property, feels safe, big rooms, nice breakfast and coffee is always available, really a great place. Only thing is that Moreno Valley is 1.75 to 2.5 hours to LA, something to keep in mind, is not that it is too far is just the LA traffic that is next to terrible, but other than that the hotel is actually pretty good.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Other than some bumps and bruises of the TV stand, the room was clean and a great place to rest after a long, hot day. We didn’t get to have breakfast because we had to be out early both days we were there, but it was a great stay.

This hotel location is very convenient, shopping mall and a lot choices restaurants and food places around here, central location, but it’s safe and quiet. Swimming pool very clean, good enough for kids to enjoy. Inside the room, my best experience is about the air conditioner, super quiet and sensitive, better than any other hotels we have been live before.
